本研究では、フェルナン・プイヨンの自伝『石叫ぶべし』(荒木亨訳)の精読から、プイヨンの参画内容を抽出・整理し、既往研究とも突き合わせながら文脈的に再構成することで、マルセイユ旧港復興の経緯と形成空間の特徴を明らかにする。まず旧港地区の形成と空間的特徴、老朽化の問題を既往研究より概括する。続いて、戦災の状況と、戦後市政におけるマルセイユらしい混乱の中でプイヨンが「追放」されるまでの経緯を戦史、政治史を踏まえて明らかにする。更に、石材ルートの確保やル・トロネ修道院等、地域の歴史的建築の調査を経て、プイヨンが主導権を握っていく過程を建築史も踏まえて明らかにする。その上で、計画論とファサード図を踏まえて、最終的に実現された旧港空間が、いかなる特徴を体現しているかを検討する。プイヨンは、先行計画を無理に否定することもなく、自らは柔軟かつ抑制的に6つの低中層住宅からなるファサードの計画に留めた。それが多様性を活かすプイヨンの計画論であった。南へ向かっては旧港、ひいてはノートルダム・ドゥ・ラ・ギャルドを臨み、北に向かっては斜面地の歴史的建築物が見え隠れする地中海的ヴィスタは、こうして実現されたのであった。

This paper provides a general description of the phonological history of Okinawan language, mainly focusing on its palatalization and affricative changes. The outline of this paper is as follows; (1) Did the affricative change of */ki/ occur during the 16th century? (2) The affricative change of */ti/ already occurred in the beginning of the 16th century, prior to that of */ki/. (3) It appears that the affricative formation of */gi/ and */di/ occurred slightly later than that of */ki/ and */ti/. (4) The palatalization of */-ika/ had already occurred in the beginning of 16th century. (5) The affricative formation of */ita/ occurred in the beginning of 16th century. (6) The palatalization of */iga/ occurred in the beginning of 16th century. (7) The palatalization of */ida/ must have occurred during the 16th century.

マウスの飼育環境が,個体数増加や行動にどのような影響を及ぼすかを調べるため,実験室内でマウスを自由に繁殖させながら長期間飼育することのできる「populationcage」を製作した。「populationcage」は,openfield(1m×1.5m)とそれに接続した多数の小ケージとから成る。4週齢のICR系マウスの雌雄各4匹ずつを導入し,以後約20週間にわたって自由に繁殖させ,総個体数,性・年齢別個体数構成,出生・死亡数,及び種々の行動について観察を行なった。本研究においては,餌の供給量や居住空間を変化させ,個体群の大きさを制御する要因の解析や,密度増加に伴うマウスの行動変化等について検討した。餌を十分に摂取させた場合,総個体数の増加はほぼ直線的であった。その際,哺育仔総数の増加に伴い,他の哺育仔に押しのけられて授乳されずにいる新生仔の死亡率が著しく増加した。餌の供給量を制限した場合,マウスの総個体数は180匹に達して以降全く増加せず安定した。居住空間を様々な広さに変化させた場合,openfieldに出て来て授乳を行なったり,あたかも壁を越えようとするようにマウスが跳び上がったり等の特徴的な行動が観察されたが,それらの行動が初めて観察された日の個体数密度は,いずれの広さの場合においてもほぼ同じ値であった。

軸外収差抑制のコンセプトの累進多焦点コンタクトレンズ(MFCL),および近視性の網膜像のボケを誘発する設計の同心円型多焦点MFCLが,光学的な近視進行抑制法として注目されている。CLは眼鏡と比較して,眼球運動の影響を受けないため,網膜像を理論通りにコントロールできる利点がある。MFCLの近視進行抑制率は,30%程度と報告されている。累進低加入度の累進MFCLを用いたパイロット臨床研究で,近視進行抑制が可能であることが示されたが,その機構は軸外収差理論では説明できず,調節反応量は少ないことから,調節努力軽減の機構が働いている可能性が示唆された。近年被写界深度を深めるコンセプト(extended depth of field; EDOF)のコンタクトレンズでも,臨床研究で近視進行抑制の効果が示されており,調節努力を少なくする設計のMFCLが近視抑制効果をもたらしている可能性がある。

This paper discusses the influences of common source inductance in power converter circuits. Common source inductance is the source-side inductance inside a power module, and it shares common circuit parameters with both the gate drive and power circuit. Therefore, common source inductance will influence the switching characteristics of the module. No paper has yet addressed the relationship between common source inductance and switching characteristics such as surge voltage and switching loss. In order to improve the switching characteristics during turn-off operations, this paper presents a design procedure with respect to common source inductance. In addition, experimental results rated at 500V, 40A are shown.

2020年からのCOVID-19の感染拡大に伴い,教育は大きな転換期を迎えた.薬学教育においても,対面授業が大きく制限され,薬学部教員の多くが,慣れないオンライン教育の実施を余儀なくされた.このため,薬学部教員は,全くノウハウがない中でそれぞれが独自に取り組みを行う必要に迫られた.2020年度内から教育系の学会では,オンライン教育の実施に関する情報共有の場が設定された.しかし,その多くは,成功体験や構築例の報告であり,意図せぬ小さな失敗や間違い(しくじり)を共有する機会は限られていた.そこで筆者は,薬学部教員を対象として,オンライン教育における「しくじり」およびその対策に関する調査を実施した.その結果,9名のしくじり先生から,報告を受けた.本稿では,しくじり先生の経験談を紹介することで,オンライン教育における「しくじり」を振り返る.今後の教育に活用し,良い点は継続し,改善すべき点は良くすることで質の高い教育を実践するためのPDCAサイクルを進める一助になることを期待している.

Novel treatments with rituximab or direct-acting antiviral agents (DAAs) were expected to improve the clinical outcomes of hepatitis C virus (HCV)-associated cryoglobulinemia in the last decade. Recently, however, persistent cases of cryoglobulinemia have been reported, and the ideal approach to treating such cases has not been established. We herein report a case of the successful treatment of HCV-associated cryoglobulinemic glomerulonephritis with rituximab, DAAs, occasional plasmapheresis and long-term steroid, with the patient's renal function and proteinuria improving over the long term despite serologically persistent cryoglobulinemia. This case suggests the efficacy of combination treatment with rituximab, DAAs, occasional plasmapheresis and long-term steroid for persistent cryoglobulinemia.

京都では食を支える地域作りを目的に様々な連携体制の構築に取り組んでいる。医科歯科連携体制として「京都府口腔サポートセンター」、京都市山科区での多職種連携を目指した「山科地域ケア愛ステーション」、京都府、滋賀県での食支援を目的とした「京滋摂食嚥下を考える会」を紹介する。京滋摂食嚥下を考える会では地域連携の基盤として嚥下調整食共通基準の導入と独自に作成した「摂食・嚥下連絡票」を提案、京都府基準として関連職能団体等の承認を得た。この基盤を背景に、地域連携を促進するため、研修会や調理実習を各地で開催している。また、京料理をはじめとした京都の伝統食関連産業の団体と連携し、介護食を地域の食文化と発展させる活動も展開している。平成27年度からは京都府医師会などの職能団体の協力のもと、府内各地での多職種、施設間連携を促進させるため、市民向けの食支援相談窓口を設置、府民の食支援と啓蒙活動を計画している。

Horizontal stenting protects the aneurysm neck with stent deployment across the aneurysm neck via the circle of Willis. A saccular aneurysm associated with intracranial arterial fenestration is very rare. Herein, we describe the first case of an unruptured aneurysm related to intracranial arterial fenestration treated with horizontal stenting. A 23-year-old woman presented with a 7-mm broad-necked aneurysm at the fenestration of the right intracranial vertebral artery (VA), which was incidentally found on magnetic resonance imaging. The patient underwent endovascular treatment with horizontal stenting via the vertebrobasilar junction from the contralateral left VA, followed by coil embolization using a jailed microcatheter from the ipsilateral right VA. The procedure was finished with sufficient embolization, and no complications occurred. Horizontal stent delivery via the vertebrobasilar junction for coil embolization of a broad-necked aneurysm arising from the fenestration of the VA is a safe and effective therapeutic strategy.

2015年9月の年金積立金管理運用独立行政法人(GPIF)による国連・責任投資原則(UN-PRI)への署名表明を契機に、わが国のESG投資は急速に拡大している。この動きは、わが国における健全なインベストメント・チェーン構築に貢献することが期待される。しかし、わが国のESG投資は、欧米のSRI・ESG投資と比較すると、歴史は浅く市場規模は大きいとはいえない。そこで、100年以上の歴史がある欧米SRI・ESG投資を参考に、わが国のESG投資の課題と持続的に発展させるための施策について述べる

This case report describes a patient with femoral neck fracture and body instability in the forward direction at the end of the stance phase during walking. Physical therapy for this patient included both muscle strength training of the hip extensor muscles and weight-transfer exercises with reaching movements using one upper limb while holding a T-cane. With physical therapy, weight transfer in the forward direction during the stance phase accompanied hip extension. Moreover, forward body instability at the end of the stance phase disappeared and walking ability improved. The effects of physical therapy for this patient are discussed with reference to improvements in joint angle values.

ダム堆砂を浚渫や掘削などにより排除し, その土砂をリサイクルすることを考える. ダム堆砂のリサイクルにとってコストが大きな制約条件の一つであるが, これまでコストに関する分析例は少なく, あっても骨材利用に関するものに限定されていた. 本文では, 環境利用も含めたダム堆砂リサイクルのコスト分析を行った. そして, 近年研究が進んでいるPFIやリスク・マネジメントの考え方をダム堆砂リサイクルに初めて適用することにより, ダム堆砂リサイクルの事業可能性を明らかにした. その中で, 貯水池土砂管理の視点に基づいた, 官民合同プロジェクトとしてのダム堆砂リサイクル事業の新たな事業枠組みを提案した.

The purpose of this paper is to clarify some significances that concepts of gift have begun to change, through understanding the development of economic sociology.Firstly, this paper studies economic sociologists in details, Polanyi and Granovettor, regarding the key concept ‘Embeddedness’.Secondly, it indicates some importance of networks and social structures for overcoming ‘implicit atomizing’ problematics. At the same time, it surveys some social situations where networks have had tendencies to be undermined, from the fact that welfare states have been weakened and economic globalization has been spread.On this examination, it focuses on MAUSS's viewpoint which develops conceptualizations of gift made by Marcel Mauss. MAUSS grasps gift as not only exchange but also as social relation, which bridges people between-systems. Moreover, this paper makes assertions that Mauss accounts ‘sortir de soi’ as principle of our life to create some social relations.And it finds out gift as a constant movement which transcends and creates some contextualized rules among people.

The yips represent a disorder that makes it challenging for an individual to perform automatic and coordinated movements in sports activities. The cause of the yips is not sufficiently clarified, and limited information is available regarding throwing yips in baseball. Therefore, this study was designed to clarify the incidence and characteristics of the throwing yips among college baseball players. Total 107 players of the college baseball team participated in the study and completed the questionnaire by answering questions about their experience of the yips (loss of control to throw the ball accurately for more than 1 month), the symptom intensity, and changes observed in the symptoms in different situations. The 47.1% of players met the definition of throwing yips. The symptoms of the yips were more pronounced with short-distances and low intensity of throwing. Moreover, there were various subjective symptoms, such as the issue about co-contraction of the upper limb, sensory function, body ownership, and movement planning. Various physical symptoms associated with throwing yips suggest that the yips are not only a disorder of motor skills, but result from movement disorders. The present results show that the occurrence of the yips depends on the throwing condition; this finding provides useful insights into the mechanism and the treatment of the yips. Interdisciplinary studies that aim to elucidate the cause of the yips and develop effective intervention are necessary.
