本研究では,大分県津久見川における河川激甚災害対策特別緊急事業を事例として,基本構想から現場施工までに至る事業プロセスを詳述するとともに景観配慮の実現方策について考察した.その結果,1) 事業早期段階における整備・管理主体間の地域の実情を踏まえた目標設定と共有の場づくり,2) 管理者による景観設計方針を引継ぐシステムとともに監修業務にあたれる人的体制,3) 都市との一体的整備を念頭におきながら自由度の高い交付金を激特事業の工期に重ね合わせて取得・活用する工夫が,激特事業等の災害対策事業における景観配慮を実現させる有効な戦略として挙げられた.

本研究では,教職志望大学生269名を対象にアンケート調査を実施し,eスポーツに対する考え方やeスポーツを学校に導入する際の課題を明らかにするためにテキスト分析を行った。また,eスポーツについて説明した教職志望大学生のための情報モラル教育の指導法について検討した。その結果,135名(50.2%)がeスポーツを学校に導入することに賛成,134名(49.8%)が反対であった。反対者は,ゲーム依存や学習に影響を及ぼす可能性があり,視力低下を心配していることが明らかになった。このようにeスポーツにおけるビデオゲームに対する不安や懸念があるので,情報モラル教育の中でeスポーツの説明を通してビデオゲームと上手に付き合う方法を指導する必要性が示唆された。

本報告では、民族言語を教授言語とし、共通言語の漢語を教科として学習するタイプを選択している内モンゴル自治区におけるバイリンガル教育を切口として、中国内モンゴル自治区の事例を内モンゴル自治区のモンゴル族の視点から、モンゴル族の民族らしさをどう維持してきたかについて考察を加えることを目的とする。それによって、中国の少数民族地域における民族教育のあり方の一端を提示することを試みる。

研究目的は,精神障害者の療養生活を支援する病棟看護師が,地域への移行や地域生活の安定に向けた訪問看護を実施するなかで感じる困難について明らかにすることである。精神科病棟で3年以上経験し,かつ現在,精神科病棟に所属して精神科訪問看護を行っている看護師15名に対し半構造化面接を行い,Berelsonの内容分析にて分析した。 その結果,病棟看護師は病棟看護と訪問看護による発想の開きから生じる困難,訪問看護に関する病院組織の不十分な実施支援態勢からくる困難,限られた時間や空間で迅速な判断を1人で行う困難,精神障害者が地域生活をするうえでの特質に基づく困難を感じていた。 このような困難をもつ看護師の支援には,精神障害者の地域生活に触れ,地域での支援方法を学ぶ機会を設ける,病院組織の看護部門主導の訪問看護実施体制の確立等で困難の軽減につなげることが必要と考える。

Almost every culture has its social norms of conduct, called courtesy. The concept of “Reigi” (courtesy) in Japan was originated from Confucianism and it has been recognized of great importance in all human relationships, especially until the World War II.The purpose of this research is to investigate and analyze the concept itself for the younger and older generations.According to our preliminary survey, the concept has been often referred to that in the relation of persons such as parent-child, teacher-pupil, and senior-junior, and it is accompanied by the moral sentiment of respect, gratitude, submission, and harmony. Usually the adult regards it more important than the younger, and the female regards it more significant than the male.(1) Semantic Differential method applied to this concept yielded two main factors for both older and younger generations. The one factor is “happiness”, and the other is “social constraint”. (2) From the classical books of ethics in Japan, tentative components of this concept were collected. In each relation of 11 principal human cases such as parent-child, the components were assessed by the constant sum method. The most important components rated are reliance, sincerity, and reverence, while etiquettes and wording in speech are least rated as a factor of courtesy. Factor analysis of the score matrix yielded two main factors. The one is generosity and mercy, and the other is modesty and non-pretension. Besides, one more factor of reverence-submission was extracted for the younger samples.

慢性期失語症例に対し,仮名1文字の書取訓練(40分/回,計35回,約4ヵ月半)において単音節語からなる漢字1文字をキーワード,漢字1文字を初頭に含む複合語等をヒントとして用いた.その結果,平仮名44文字中,書取可能な文字数が9文字から31文字に増加した.仮名1文字の書取には,キーワードの書字やヒント想起の可否がかかわっていた.仮名1文字の書取の成否に影響を及ぼす文字特性を検討した結果,キーワードとして用いた漢字の画数が有意であった.書取可能となった平仮名31文字を組み合わせて2文字単語20語の書取訓練(40分/回,計14回,約2ヵ月)を実施した結果,書取可能単語数は3語から17語に増加した.両訓練は,モーラ分解・抽出の必要がない単音節の漢字1文字単語をキーワードとして用いたため,音韻処理障害のある本例に有効であった.訓練に際しては,漢字の画数に留意し,文字数の少ない単語を用いる必要性が示された.

The analyses presented here examine relationships between the use of alternative medicine and health practices as an attitude to health. The sample is individuals aged 20 and older living in Tokyo. Multivariate analyses show that there are two attitudes to the use of alternative medicine and health practices. One is the choice of both alternative medicine and health practice except time of sleep and living a regular life, the other is the choice of either traditional medicine or health practices. Though they don’t almost related with age, education and health status, they associate with sex, the saliency of health, and the consciousness of relationship between body and mind which is a major concept of holistic health.

V-P (脳室・腹腔) しゃんとの腹腔側ちゅーぶが直腸に穿通し, 肛門より脱出した稀有な1例を経験したので報告する. 症例は74歳の男性. 他院で脳内出血後の正常圧水頭症に対し, V-Pしゃんとを施行された. 10か月後, 髄膜炎で当院脳外科に入院, 抗生物質投与により軽快していた. 入院3か月後, 肛門よりしゃんとちゅーぶが脱出しているのを発見され, 当科紹介となった. 腹部には圧痛, 腹膜刺激症状を認めず, 白血球数6,400/mm3, CRP1.9mg/dlと炎症反応は軽度で, がすとろぐらふぃん ®による注腸造影X線検査で造影剤の漏出は認めなかった. 大腸内視鏡検査ではちゅーぶは肛門縁から10cmの直腸右側壁を穿通していた. 腹膜炎所見がないことから, 経肛門的にちゅーぶを抜去した. 1週間後の注腸検査で造影剤の漏出がないことを確認し, 経口摂取を再開した. V-Pしゃんとちゅーぶの消化管穿通はまれであるが, 注意すべき合併症の1つと考えられた.

To develop high performance piezoelectric materials, a new method called at “nanodomain engineering” was proposed and investigated in this study. The nanodomain engineering means a method, which can produce high density nanodomain configurations by control of chemical composition, i.e., to develop an intermediate state between relaxor ferroelectrics and normal ferroelectrics. To confirm the concept, ternary system ceramics of BaTiO3-Bi(Mg1/2Ti1/2)O3-BiFeO3(BT-BMT-BF) was prepared and characterized. As the results, a formation of nanodomain configurations was confirmed by a transmission electron microscopy. Moreover, for the ceramics with the nanodomain configurations, high apparent piezoelectric constants over 500 pC/N was clearly obtained, which suggested that the concept of “nanodomain engineering” might work good.

The aim of this article is to shed some light upon the background of the ikkoikki (一向一揆) uprisings which took place in the Sengoku period. The author takes notice of one feature of the structure of the sect, in contrast to the previous research that has only observed the characteristics of the social class of its members. In the first place, the Hohganji-Shusu (本願寺宗主, chief priest of Honganji temple) could not be shusu Without the recognition of the Honganji family, its vassals, and the Monto (門徒, disciples). The author points out that this recognition prevailed among the bushi (武士, warrior) classes at that time. Secondly, the author analyzes gosho (御書) and goinsho (御印書) to show that the orders issued by shusu were accepted by the monto only after consultation among all the members. Therefore the sect was managed according to an agreement between the shusu and monto. Finally, the author points out the fact that this union of shusu and monto was closely concerned with both the doctrine preached by Honganji and the hope of monto to be born again in the pure land: thus, the mechanism of the uprising.

総合保養地域整備法が, 昭和62年6月9日公布施行された. 三重県では昭和58年3月の第2次長期総合計画において, すでに県南部のサンベルト計画があり, 国のリゾート法に素速く対応でき, これの承認第1号となった.旧来からの観光地から脱皮した長期滞在型, 開かれた国際型の薪しいリゾート構想と, その推進計画について述べた.

プルームをコヒーレントな構造ゆらぎと考え,プルーム運動に沿った非平衡効果を用いて対流乱流の輸送モデルを構成し,恒星内部の対流に適用する.恒星表面での冷却で駆動される対流の顕著な特徴のひとつは,表面層の直下で観測される大きくて局在化した乱流質量輸送である.そのような輸送の特徴は,混合距離理論を用いた通常の渦粘性型モデルでは全く再現できないが,非平衡効果を組み入れた今回のモデルでよく表現することができる.本研究の結果は,非平衡効果を通してプルーム運動を乱流モデルに組み入れることは,通常の混合距離理論を用いた経験的なモデリングを超えて,平均場理論の重要で価値ある拡張となりうることを示している.

field amputationは非常にまれであるが,時間的猶予のない傷病者には救命の切り札となり得る。海外の災害では四肢切断による救助例も報告されているが,現状の東京DMATに切断資機材はない。目的:当センターにおけるfield amputationプロトコルの策定。方法:わが国のfield amputationに関する文献を医学中央雑誌で検索しその実態について調査する。 同時に海外のプロトコルや報告例も調査する。結果:わが国では過去8件の現場四肢切断実施報告があり,受傷機転は機械への巻き込まれ事案が多い。約半数で切断資機材は後から現場に持ち込まれている一方,米国では出動に関するプロトコルや資機材リストが存在した。結論:field amputationは救命のため必要な場合があり,出動段階から考慮することで救出時間短縮につながる可能性がある。出動段階から適切な対応が取れるようにプロトコルを策定すべきである。
