成田不動と歴代市川團十郎の関係は広く知られている。成田山新勝寺の初めての江戸出開帳の時に上演された『成田山分身不動』の最後に登場する初代市川團十郎とその息子九蔵が演じた不動明王に江戸の人々が惹きつけられたというのが定説である。しかし「流行神」が乱立し、開帳が頻繁に行われる江戸においては、それだけでは人々を惹きつけるのは難しかったはずである。本稿は、元禄以降、江戸の成田不動信仰の拠点であった「成田山御旅宿」の経営にかかわっていた講中と市川團十郎の贔屓には居住地と職業に共通点があることに着目し、彼らが成田不動を信仰した理由を再検証するものである。彼らは度重なる火災を経験し、疫病により経済的損失を被るという点でも共通している。そこで、元禄十六年の出開帳のときに演じられた『成田山分身不動』を分析し、倶利伽羅龍王(剣)信仰が日本橋地区の「江戸っ子」商人たちを惹きつけた背景にあったことを検証する。

今月初め、派手な色で椰子の木を機体に描いた見慣れない飛行機が、羽田空港を飛び立った。宮崎市に本社を置く航空会社、スカイネットアジア航空(下田祥司社長)が羽田│宮崎の第一便を就航させたのだ。 羽田発着便による航空事業への参入は、九八年九月のスカイマークエアラインズ、同一二月の北海道国際航空(エア・ドゥ)以来、三社目。

本稿では,企業・大学・国立研究機関と金融機関が連携して従来よりも安価な深海探査機を開発し魚類の3D撮影を行うことを目標として活動している「江戸っ子1号プロジェクト」を紹介する.探査機は耐圧容器にガラス球を用いたユニット構成で,海底への沈降・浮上にワイヤを用いないフリーフォール型の原理で動作することに特徴があり,2013年11月に水深7800m地点での3D魚類撮影を行った.本稿では,要素技術として耐圧ガラス球,撮影・照明制御,ゴムを用いた海中無線通信,海面浮上後に母船に位置情報を伝える通信システムの各々の構成を述べると共に,より多様な用途に向けた今後の開発の方向性を展望する.

定置網漁業における漁獲物の投棄実態を明らかにするため,2005 年 1 月~2006 年 12 月に千葉県館山湾の大型定置網で乗船調査を行った。調査の結果,CPUE(1 操業あたり漁獲量)は 1463.2 kg, DPUE(1 操業あたり投棄量)は 123.3 kg となり,投棄率(DPUE/CPUE)は 0.084 となった。主な投棄魚種はカタクチイワシ,ギマ,シマガツオ,シイラ,ネンブツダイであった。漁獲量の増加にともない投棄量も増加する傾向がみられ,両者間には正の相関が認められた(<i>r</i>=0.84, <i>p</i><0.05)。<br>

シロイヌナズナsolitary-root(slr)変異体は、側根形成が全く起こらない。この変異はオーキシン誘導性遺伝子Aux/IAAファミリーIAA14の機能獲得変異である。本来オーキシンにより不安定になるIAA14タンパク質はslr変異により安定化する。その結果、オーキシン応答性転写調節因子ARFsの機能を恒常的に抑制し、そのために側根形成や根毛形成、根や胚軸の重力屈性反応を阻害していると考えられる。そこで、組織特異的なオーキシン応答と根の形態形成の関係を明らかにする目的で、変異型IAA14(mIAA14)タンパク質とGRとの融合タンパク質(mIAA14-GR)を組織特異的に発現する形質転換体を作出した。mIAA14-GR融合タンパク質をIAA14プロモータ-で発現させた植物体では、Dex処理により主根がslr変異型の表現型を示した。このことから、mIAA14-GRはこの誘導系において機能することが確認された。そこでmIAA14-GRを根の中心柱特異的プロモーター(SHOOT-ROOT )で発現させたところ、側根形成が著しく抑制された。それに対して、側根原基形成時に特定の細胞で発現するSCARECROW遺伝子のプロモーターでmIAA14-GRを発現させたところ、異常な構造を持つ側根原基が形成された。これらの結果から、オーキシン応答が側根形成開始時には中心柱で重要であり、さらに側根原基形成過程においても原基内部で重要である事が示された。

We examine the expression of tight junction and adherence junction proteins in the colorectal mucosa of miniature dachshunds (MDs) with inflammatory colorectal polyps (ICRPs). Colorectal mucosa samples were endoscopically obtained from 8 MDs with ICRPs and 8 control dogs for immunoblotting. Paraffin-embedded tissues of surgically resected inflamed lesions from another 5 MDs with ICRPs and full-thickness colorectal specimens from 5 healthy beagles were obtained for immunohistochemistry. The expression patterns of claudin-1, -2, -3, -4, -5, -7 and -8, E-cadherin and β-catenin were analyzed in the non-inflamed mucosa and inflamed mucosa of ICRPs and colorectal mucosa of control dogs by immunoblotting. The localization of these proteins in the inflamed lesions was analyzed by immunohistochemistry. The expressions of each of claudin, E-cadherin and β-catenin were not significantly different between control dogs and non-inflamed colonic mucosa from MDs with ICRPs. In contrast, only E-cadherin and β-catenin were detected in the inflamed lesions of MDs with ICRPs. By immunohistochemistry, claudin-2, -3, -4, -5 and -7, E-cadherin and β-catenin were expressed in the colorectal epithelium within the inflamed mucosa, but not in granulation tissue. Distributions of claudin-2, -3, -4, -5 and -7, E-cadherin and β-catenin in the colonic epithelium were not different between MDs with ICRPs and control dogs. These results indicated that no significant alteration was detected in several tight junction or adherence junction proteins expression in the colorectal epithelium of ICRPs.

近年、人口の減少・高齢化、地球環境問題など新たな社会経済構造の変革に伴い、生活環境の悪化や都心の衰退などに伴う都市行政や都市経営の課題が指摘されている。また、住民の快適な住環境への関心が高まるなど、より良い都市のあり方、良質な市街地のストックが求められている。本研究では、従来の再開発に関わる手法によって都市や市街地の質や価値を高めてきた流れを検証しながら、まちづくりにおける再開発事業の事例を通して、住民にとってより快適で良質な地域コミュニティを創出するための方策等について考察する。特に、計画から事業完了までのプロセスを洗い出すために浜松市東地区の再開発をケーススタディとして、従来の手法によって補うことができない問題や課題とは何かを考察する。

異学科学生に専門性を共有させながら,キーワード「絵本」に基づいてそれぞれの専門分野を展開し,実践可能なエリアで子育て支援のあり方を各教員と学生が模索しながら3年間の実践を重ねた.その中で次世代子育て予備軍としての学生たちは,どのように「絵本」を受容して子育て実践教育に資することが出来たか事後調査を中心に,実践学生群と非実践学生群の比較から検証した.結果,両群共に子育て支援の媒材としての絵本と,彼らが解釈する絵本の意味・位置付けが異なることが検証された.さらに,体験してきた過去の絵本観と子育て支援に資するための絵本観も体験の有無に関係なく異質であることも判明した.しかし,子どもとの接点,子どもに対する姿勢の在り方は体験の有無で差異が見られた.拠って,世相の流れのなかでブックスタート活動などの活発化から鑑みても,子育て支援の媒材としての絵本観,すなわち意味と位置付けを,学生を含めた子育て中の母親に対しても,その役割を解く必要性を明らかにした.

It is said that there was a woman, who was named Lilith, before Eve appears in the Old Testament. This first woman was built from dust by the God at the same time as Adam was built. The woman was supposed to be Adam's nice partner, but Lilith ignored the order of the God, and she left the place, where the God prepared for them to stay. So the God had to make Adam's new partner Eve, this time from Adam's rib. One of the characteristics of Lilith was her fertility, it is said that she had many children (demons), but by refusing the order of the God to return and stay with Adam, she had to lost a hundred children in each day by the punishment of the God. And she vowed to inflict harm on infants of men. We can say that Lilith's fertility is one of the charateristics of the Great-mother, or Terra-mater, at the same time she is known as a child slayer and destroyer, on the other hand she is a catering mother to children. It is easy to illustrate her characters, but an important point is that her activities were all based on her free wish, independent to the God, also independent to man. Lilith was independent, fertile and at the same time she was a terrible mother. But this fearful character was not only Lilith's. We find the same natures in the story of Harity ([鬼子母神]Woman, who appears in the Buddhist legends) and Japanese Goddess lzanami [イザナミ]. I believe that Lilith's behavioral patterns are very important factors to think about contempolary women in this age of feminism. From this perspective, I try to extract and describe the woman figures of these days, using the poems, mainly of Miyuki Nakajima [中島みゆき]. And from her poems I come to conclude that the natures of women are not changed since Lilith or other goddesses were described. Not only contempolar women possess the same characters but these are, may be I can say, unaltered and would be reserved by the women from long long ago. If they lost or changed this Lilithness, then women would be not women at that time.

This paper reveals that first, new venture firms are not necessarily within high tech industries; they also exist in traditional, mature industries and enable the creation of unique niche markets. Next, this paper focuses on member companies of the Tokyo NBC who are expanding their businesses in niche markets and reveals that they are using the fieldwork method and within this economic organization, they are accelerating their own management innovation while mutually influencing each other as well as having a positive influence on developing the next generation of entrepreneurs.
