新潟地方にハンノキの分布が多いことに注目し, ハンノキ喘息と考えられた2例の定型的な症例を報告した.1) 新潟地方のハンノキ空中花粉は, 3月中旬から5月中旬にかけて飛散し, 4月末から5月初めに高値を示した.2) 1, 000倍ハンノキ抗原液で皮内反応を行ない, 新潟地方では105例中27例, 25.7%, 東京地方では36例中4例, 11.1%が陽性であった.3) 15例について稀釈試験を行ない, 10^<-5>が1例, 10^<-4>が1例, 10^<-3>が13例であった.4) 9例にPK試験を行ない, 8例が陽性であった.5) 9例に吸入誘発試験を行ない, 2例が陽性であった.6) 2例の定型的ハンノキ喘息を診断した.7) ハンノキ皮内反応陽性例に, ヤマハンノキ皮内反応, 稀釈試験, PK試験を行ない, 共通抗原の存在が疑われる成績が得られた.

長野県駒ヶ根市内で栽培利用されている在来作物について,その分布と利用状況の聞き取り調査を信州大学と駒ヶ根市の共同研究として2014年10月から12月にかけて実施した。この結果,在来の果樹3品目としてカキ,マメガキおよびナシが,在来の蔬菜類4品目としてサトイモ,ウリ,トマト,チョロギが栽培利用されていることが明らかになった。このうち,在来のカキ品種'せんぼ柿'については,地域の他産業(養蚕および馬による運送業)との関係が明らかになった。

Design of a very precise space structural system requires an accurate estimation of uncertainties on structural and environmental parameters. For the purpose, high accurate estimations of uncertainties of the structural parameters and the effect of the paremeter uncertainties on the structural response uncertainty are required. Then, the robust design optimization based on the accurate estaimation is required. This study focuses on the former part, a high accurate estimation of the uncertainties. The applicability of a bootstrap method known as a nonparametric technique is investigated to estimate the confidence intervals of the uncertain parameters related to vibration responses of simple structures. The target structure is a cantileverd bow-shaped structure composed of beam and tether that is a breadboard model of a lightweight space reflector. The confidence intervals identified from several numbers of vibration tests is compared by the nonlinear finite-element analysis.

<i>C. jejuni</i> の<i>hip</i> 遺伝子,<i>C. coli</i> に特異的な<i>glyA</i> 遺伝子配列,および<i>C. jejuni</i>/<i>coli</i> に共通する<i>glyA</i> 遺伝子配列を増幅する3種類のLUX蛍光プライマーセットを作製した.<i>C. jejuni</i> を検出するJ-hip-FU/RLは<i>C. jejuni</i> に対して,<i>C. coli</i> を検出するC-glyA-FU/RLは<i>C. coli</i> に対して,<i>C. jejuni</i>/<i>coli</i> を検出するJC-glyA-FL/RUは<i>C. jejuni</i> と<i>C. coli</i> の両菌種に対して特異的であるとともに,定量性に優れ,検出感度も良好であった.<br>食品サンプル25 gの増菌液10検体を用いて,これらのLUX蛍光プライマーによるLUX-qPCRを実施した結果,LUX-qPCRの成績は培養法の成績と完全に一致した.さらに,食品サンプル10 gの増菌液35検体を用いて,J-hip-FU/RLとC-glyA-FU/RLを組合せたM-LUX-qPCRを実施した.その結果,M-LUX-qPCRが陰性であった増菌液では培養成績も陰性となったが,M-LUX-qPCRが陽性となったすべての増菌液から菌が分離されず,M-LUX-qPCRと培養法の成績は完全には一致しなかった.本法は,増菌液からのスクリーニング試験あるいは分離した菌の迅速な鑑別・同定検査に有用であると考えられた.

A simple, rapid, and precise method for the determination of cyclopiazonic acid (CPA) in liquid seasoning was developed, which uses liquid chromatography with ultraviolet and photodiode array detection LC/UV(PDA) and liquid chromatography with time-of-flight mass spectrometry (LC/TOF-MS). CPA in liquid seasoning was subjected to ethyl acetate extraction, and solid-phase extraction using Oasis&reg; HLB. LC/UV(PDA) was used for qualitative and quantitative analysis, and LC/TOF-MS was used as the confirmatory method. The limit of detection (S/N = 3) and the limit of quantification (S/N > 10) of CPA in LC/UV(PDA) were 0.01 μg/mL and 0.03 μg/mL, respectively. Standard materials were prepared for quality control samples (a low concentration of 0.2 μg/mL and a high concentration of 2.0 μg/mL), and internal quality control was performed. As a result, the trueness of the low concentration sample and the high concentration samples was 80.3% and 81.6%, respectively. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of repeatability was 5.3% or less, whereas that of intermediate precision was less than 10.1%. The results suggest that the developed method is useful for the determination of CPA in liquid seasoning.

1-phenyl-1-hydroxy-n-pentane (PHP) をラット十二指腸内へ注入し, 血中セクレチン濃度, 膵液, 膵アミラーゼ分泌量を同時に測定した. さらにPHPの作用に対するソマトスタチン (GIF) の影響もあわせて検討した.PHP 200mg/kg/min の注入により血中セクレチン濃度は, 5分後には前値の4~5倍にまで増大したが, PHP 50mg/kg/h 注入では血中セクレチン濃度は変動しなかつた. しかし両注入量に対する膵外分泌反応には差がなかつた.PHP 200mg/kg/min に対するセクレチン反応はGIFで完全に抑制されたが, 膵外分泌反応は認められた. 以上より PHP のセクレチン分泌作用は比較的弱く, セクレチン以外の膵外分泌刺激因子 (例えばCCK•PZ) に対し, 強い分泌刺激作用を示した.

The ability to walk is just as important for the elderly as it is for young people. In fact, in the elderly, decreased mobility limits function in daily life and can lead to more serious situations (e.g., becoming bedridden). The elderly population has increased over the last decade, and many researchers have studied the mobility of the elderly. However, the focus of most studies has been to facilitate recovery of bedridden individuals and prevent the elderly from becoming bedridden, and particularly to prevent fall-induced fractures, which often cause the elderly to become bedridden. However, about 70-80% of the elderly population do not require care, and it is necessary to conduct research on the maintenance of activities of daily living to make it possible for the elderly to work or volunteer. From this perspective, mobility is an important physical factor. Mobility is dependent on muscle activity and it has long been known that aging reduces muscle mass. Therefore, it is feasible to assume that reduced muscle mass leads to decreased ability to walk, and we have proven that there is a close correlation between the two. When presenting the idea of strength training to the elderly, it is appropriate to focus on the maintenance and improvement of mobility, not on the training itself. The results of our research can be summarized as follows : Muscle mass decreases with age, with the legs being affected to a greater degree than the arms. Moreover, muscle atrophy is dependent on weakening of muscle fibers, especially fast-twitch (Type II) fibers. Reduced lower limb muscle mass increases the risk of falling and can decrease walking ability to a degree that can affect daily living activities. In order to improve reduced muscle mass in aging, it is important to use an exercise program that is designed to strengthen fast-twitch fibers, which can be followed even by the elderly. Since walking therapy mostly mobilizes slow twitch fibers, it is not effective in preventing and improving muscle atrophy. It is important to have an exercise program that is designed to mobilize fast-twitch fibers.

本課題では、明治維新期から日独防共協定締結期、すなわち、1860年代から1930年代を対象に、日独交流の歴史を3期に分けて、日独関係史の再構築を行った。従来の日独交流史研究は、主として両国の政治家や学者の文献資料を基に描かれて来た。それに対して、本課題では、ドイツと日本の両国において歴史写真をはじめとするメディア資料と関連文献資料の調査・収集・分析を行い、日本とドイツ両国の国民の視点を重視した。ドイツにおける調査では、とくに、トラウツ・アーカイブ(ボン大学所蔵)、グラウ・アーカイブ(ヘルムート・グラウ氏所蔵)に重点を置おいて、写真資料・映像資料と関連する文献資料の調査を行った。

要約映像とは, 元の映像における重要な部分を短く編集した映像と定義される.本稿では, スポーツTV映像を対象とし, 個人適応を指向した要約映像の生成法を提案する.提案手法ではまず, スポーツのハイライト部が記述されたゲームスタッツと映像ストリームとの対応付けによって重要イベントを抽出する.この対応付けは, 映像中に出現するオーバーレイに含まれるテキスト情報を認識することにより実現する.続いて, 抽出されたイベントの中から個人の嗜好や興味を考慮して要約映像に含めるべきショットを選択, 連結し要約映像を生成する.実際の包装映像に対する実験では, 約2.5時間の映像が個人適応されつつ数分に要約された.

日本近代文学における心理学の受容について、明治後期に移入された「情調」という概念に注目して考察した。主たる関心は、当時、翻訳・紹介されたドイツの心理学書における詳細な記述に依りつつ、「情調」を描く文学作品の解釈を試みることにある。「情調」の心理学の、創作方法への影響と同時に、批評への展開にも言及した。

Chinese suspension bridges, which have been developed in the different way compared with the modern suspension bridges in 19 century, are reviewed based on the quotations taken from historical books published by various districts in China. In Chapter 3, Chinese suspension bridges are classified into 4 categories, and developments of style from category I to IV are explained due to the quotations. In Chapter 4, the most important property of Chinese suspension bridges, that is the use of iron chain, is explained and some quotations are introduced. In Chapter 5, developments of Chinese suspension bridges are compared with those of European bridges.
