オンラインソーシャルメディアは、社会行動のマクロなパターンやダイナミクスを観察するのに適した系であるが、そのためにはソーシャルデータの特性を活かした解析が必要となる。本講演では、ツイートストリームを情報ダイバージェンスで特徴付け、Twitter上で生じる様々なタイプの集合注意について報告する。さらに、RTネットワークの構造に注目し、社会的相互作用の観点から集合注意のダイナミクスについて議論する。

The purpose of this study was to clarify the variables determining the attendance in J-league matches, using the 2, 699 J-league matches held between 1993-2005 season as a sample. There have been many studies about attendance demand in other countries, but there have been no such studies in Japan. By making a regression equation consisting of dependent variables such as attendance per match, and independent variables such as variables which determine the number of attendance, we clarified attendance demand. In the selection of independent variables, we added 4 J-league variables (“Existence of Professional Baseball Team”, “Distance from Professional Baseball Team”, “April”, “October”) to the variables used by existing literatures and extracting 21 independent variables. The result of regression analysis showed that the attendance demand model accounting dependent variable "Attendance" was about 51%. Except for 2 variables (“Population” and “Income”), the effect signs of variables agreed with existing literature. The results of variables such as “Distance”, “Income”, “Population” and “Existence of Professional Baseball Team”, suggested the conditions which can boost up attendance in the future.

本稿では,先に平田,青柳が提案したGTTMとDOODに基づく音楽知識表現法をさらに改良,発展させるために,現在検討を加えている事項について述べた。提案された音楽知識表現法は有望な方向性を示すことはできたが,理論的にはまだ不備な点が幾つか残っている。そこで本稿では,まず本音楽知識表現法の設計原理に触れたあと,本法の抱える問題,問題点を整理,議論する。具体的な論点は,多声音楽の定義,タイムスパン簡約の解釈,音価と包摂関係,時間構造の冗長性などである。In a previous paper, we proposed a music representation method on GTTM and DOOD. This paper discusses some key issues of the method, which would lead to its further improvement and enhancement. We think our method could prove to be on a right direction, whereas there are several issues remaining. In this paper, we mention the design principles of our method, clarify the issues and discuss how they can be resolved. Specifically, the issues include the definiton of polyphony, interpretation of time-span reduction, duration and the subsumption relation, and redundancy of temporal structure.

胃平滑筋腫19例と胃平滑筋肉腫8例について超音波内視鏡(EUS)による超音波断層像を検討し,良・悪性の鑑別診断を試みた.腫瘍の最大径で両者を比較すると平滑筋腫では3.9±1.9cm,平滑筋肉腫では9.9±5.9cmで有意差(p<0.0005)を認めた.腫瘍の最大径別に3cm未満,3~8.9cm,9cm以上の3段階に分類し超音波断層像を検討した.3cm未満では7例中6例が平滑筋腫で,その超音波断層像は辺縁整,内部エコー均一(1例のみ不均川一),径1cm以上の嚢胞(-)で特徴的であった.また,9cm以上の大きな腫瘍は4例全例が平滑筋肉腫で径1cm以上の嚢胞を有していた.しかし3~8.9cmの範囲の腫瘍16例では超音波断層像の組合せで鑑別診断を試みても正診率は60%台に留まった.以上より,最大径3cm未満および9cm以上の腫瘍はEUSでほぼ的確に良・悪性の鑑別が可能であるが,3~8.9cmの腫瘍は鑑別が困難な場合があり,生検を含む積極的なアプローチが必要と考えられた.

From June 26, 2000, an intensive earthquake swarm started under Miyake-jima Island, 180 km south off Japan. This swarm was closely related to the eruption of Miyake-jima Island, probably dominated by underground magmatic activity. The swarm spread toward the northwestern ocean region from Miyake-jima Island, in which a huge number of earthquakes (over 100, 000) including five large events of M>6.0 were detected over about two months. This earthquake swarm was the most active since we started seismic observations in the 1970's.Although there are some telemetered observation stations on the Izu volcanic islands, no offshore instruments were operated in the area of this earthquake swarm. To understand both the spatial and temporal changes of this activity, we conducted a series of ocean bottom seismometer observations. According to the variation in the seismic activity with time, we changed the array configuration of OBSs six times. Furthermore, real-time seismic observations were undertaken using a buoy-telemetering OBS system.Combining the OBS data with those of the island stations, very precise earthquake locations were determined. The epicenter distribution obtained strongly indicates a northwest-southeastern lineament. The vertical cross-section of the events shows two characteristic trends. Deeper (7- 13km) events are forming a very thin (2-km thick) plane, while shallower ones (< 7 km) show a much thicker distribution. These distribution patterns will provide important constraints on the physical mechanism for understaning magma migration.

音刺激(怖い音と快適な音)に対する心理反応を脳波前頭葉非対称性モデル(anterior asymmetry and emotion model, AAE model)と吉田法によって評価,検討し,両方法の信頼性と関連性を検討した.被験者は21〜25歳までの大学院生13名(22.9±1.3歳)であり,実験中はゆったりとした椅子に座って目を閉じてもらった(前安静10分,音呈示5分,後安静10分).AAEモデルによって消極的な反応を示したと判断された被験者は吉田法による評価では不快度が増加しており,積極的な反応を示したと判断された被験者は快適度が変わらないか,少し快な状態へと変化していた.本研究の結果,AAEモデルと吉田法は心理評価法として信頼できる方法であるとともに両者の間に一定の関係があることが分かった.

緊張性気胸により完全気道閉塞となった気管支腫瘍を経験したので報告する.症例は30歳男性.以前より喘息を指摘されていたが咳嗽が悪化したため近医受診.胸部レントゲン写真上に異常陰影を指摘されたため,当センター呼吸器内科に紹介され入院となった.入院後の気管支鏡にてポリープ状巨大気管支腫瘍が左上区支末梢より発生し気管へ突出していることを確認し,生検を行いfibroepithelial polypと診断した.初回治療では気管に突出している部分の腫瘍のみを気管支鏡にてスネアリングおよびレーサー焼灼した.その後,追加治療を計画していたが,突然の呼吸停止を認めた.気管内挿管施行後の気管支鏡では腫瘍が気管を閉塞しており,胸部X線写真では左緊張性気胸となっていた.呼吸器外科に転科後,左上葉切除術を施行し気管支腫瘍を摘出した.現在まで約2年の経過観察を行っているが無再発生存中である.

本研究の目的は、インタープロフェッショナルワークとして有効的な援助活動であり、在宅要介護高齢者の自己決定促進による生活の維持向上につながった事例について、ケアマネジャー、訪問看護師、ヘルパー、医師のやり取りを分析し、多職種の役割とその特徴について検討することである。ケアマネジャーは他機関との調整と関連情報の共有、家族支援、ケアプランの遂行、相互支援の強化を担っていた。訪問看護師はチームの対象理解の深化、ヘルパーは日常の身近な援助者としての情報提供、医師は治療的な情報提供を担っていた。

The launcher building became operational since the summer of 1981. It was introduced primarily to guarantee the launch operation of sounding rockets under the unfavorable conditions. Prior to launch, a part of the roof slides to make a 4.6m×5.8m window. And the rocket, carried in on the mobile launcher, ascends through it. It covers launch azimuth and elevation angles of 130&acd;160 deg. and 70&acd;85 deg., respectively. Its design philosophy, layout and operation along with the measurement results of the lift-off environment are given in this report.

VR技術の応用例の1つとして教育支援がある。例えば、書道などのように筆の動きやその速度が重要である場合に、お手本を見て学ぶだけではなく、力覚を用いた教示をおこなうことは非常に有効な手段であると考えられる。著者らは、インターネットを介して遠隔で書道教示のできるシステムを開発した。本システムは、SPIDARを用いて力覚を生成し、その力により書道を教示、習得するシステムである。著者らは、実際に日本-ドイツ間で遠隔教示の実験をおこなった。その結果、教示前には日本の文字を知らなかった生徒は、お手本どおりの美しい文字を書けるまでには至らなかったが、筆運びの速度が、より先生のものに近づいたなどの教示効果が見られた。

ブレイン・マシン・インターフェース(BMI)は脳信号から運動意図・内容を読み取って外部機器を制御する技術である.われわれは脳表電極を用いたBMIにより,筋萎縮性側索硬化症等の重症身体障害者に対する機能再建を目指して研究開発を行っている.これまでにγ帯域活動を用いた連続的な解読制御手法により,ロボットアームのリアルタイム制御システムを開発し,脳表電極留置患者による物体の把握・把握解除に成功した.感染リスク回避のためにはワイヤレス体内埋込化が必須であり,ワイヤレス埋込装置のプロトタイプを開発した.今後は,重症の筋萎縮性側索硬化症を対象として,有線・ワイヤレス埋込の2段階での臨床試験を経て実用化を目指す.

低Ca血症に伴う症状は四肢のしびれ感やちくちく感といった軽い知覚異常からテタニーや痙攣といった神経・筋症状まで様々である.また先天性PTH不応症のように特徴的な体型から疑診される.したがって患者からのちょっとした症状や徴候からも低Ca血症を疑い,積極的に血中のCa, P,アルブミン濃度を測定し,心要であれば血中intact PTHを測定することが,本症を見逃さないコツである.

A 69-year old man was found a mass becoming larger in abdominal computed tomography. The mass consisted of intermingling solid and cystic component was located below the liver. Abdominal angiography showed tumor staining supplied from right gastroepiploic artery. We considered the mass cystadenoma, lymphangioma, cystic mesothelioma, or gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) preoperatively, and then surgical resection was performed. The tumor was found localized in the greater omentum. Pathological examination showed the tumor composed of proliferation of atypical sort spindle cells and tumor cellswere immunohistochemically positive for C-KIT and CD34, identifying the tumor as a primary GIST of the greater omentum.

The School of Engineering of Osaka University and the Department of electrical and electronic engineering, Nagoya Institute of Technology, coordinated and conducted survey for university students, students and teachers of high schools in order to realize effective activities of enlightenment for high school students. From the results of survey, it was suggested that the high-school teachers the most influential to high-school students. One of the promising contents in open lecture for high school students was the recent advanced technology allowing for the content of the science subjects in high school.
