近年のPCクラスタで使用されているインタコネクトは高性能化し,メモリバンド幅のスループット性能に近付きつつある.そこで,我々は高速インタコネクトを使用し,遠隔ノードのメモリをスワップとして用いる遠隔スワップメモリ技術の実現可能性を検討している.評価を行うために,我々は遠隔スワップメモリシステムNuzuraを実装した.Nuzuraは10Gb Ethernet上でRDMAを実現するNIC UZURAと,これを用いたネットワークブロックデバイスRNBDをスワップデバイスとして用いる.評価に際しては,本システム上で搭載メモリの数倍を要求する複数のHPCアプリケーションを実行し,性能を測定した.実験結果から,アプリケーションのメモリアクセスパターンや遠隔スワップメモリの使用比率に応じて性能オーバヘッドが異なることを示した.また,ページ置換方式の変更によって姫野ベンチマークの性能が4倍近く向上することを示した.

我々はキヨスク端末からインターネットの Web コンテンツへのアクセスの認可を制御するための認証部分をシングルサインオンにしたシステムの開発を行った.そのシステムを筑波大学附属図書館のキヨスク端末に対して運用を行う際に,ログアウト処理をどうするかが問題である.その解決策として,ログアウト処理を行うスクリーンセーバを提案し開発した.実際のキオスク端末に設定を行い実運用を行った.その運用の結果について報告する.We had developed an web access control system as Single Sign-On. When we operate this system for the kiosk terminal of University Library on University of Tsukuba, the correspondence of a user having forgotten logout processing becomes the important problem. We proposed this solution as a screensaver that worked to logout processing. We applied this screensaver to the kiosk terminal, and operated in real environment. We report a result of this operation and discuss a future work.

これまでの地域づくりにおける課題として,行政主導によって策定され住民などの意思の反映が充分でなかったこと,生活空間と策定される圏域のずれが生じてきていることなどをあげ,今後の地域づくりでは,地域特性を生かしながら地域間の連携が効果的であり,基盤整備を充分おこなうことと並行して地域連携を活かした活性化を図る方向性を示した。そうしたなかで,地域資源を如何に活用するかという連携を含めた視点からエコミュージアムの手法が有効であることを示唆し,今後の地域づくりの改革の方向性として重要と考えられる指標の意義とその方向性について,アウトカム指標の導入と住民参画の必要性を示した。

Dohan 道範(1178?-1252) was a monk of the Shingon school 真言宗 on Mt. Kōya 高野山 in the early Kamakura 鎌倉 period. The aim of this paper is to investigate his ideas on the Pure Land 浄土 in the Himitsu-nenbutsu-shō 秘密念仏抄, one of his representative works on Amida Buddha 阿弥陀仏 and the Pure Land from the viewpoint of Esoteric Buddhism. In this work, Dōhan quotes some passages from the works of Nakanogawa Jippan 中川実範(?-1144) and Kakuban 覚鑁(1095-1143) as pioneers of the esoteric interpretation of the Pure Land. He presents a new system of ideas on the basis of their works. I examine them from three points of view, that is, his ideas on Amida Buddha, the Pure Land, and myōgō 名号 or the Buddha's name, and consider how Dohan accepted earlier ideas and what the characteristics of his ideas were. According to Dōhan, conventional ideas about the Pure Land and Amida are at an immature stage of understanding, and at a deeper level Amida is thought to be the same as Dainichi Nyorai 大日如来, the main Buddha of Esoteric Buddhism. He also states that the land of Gokuraku 極楽浄土 is not actually in the west but in the minds of all creatures, and that raigō 来迎, or Amida's coming to meet a dying person, does not mean that Amida actually comes to take him to the real Pure Land, but that with some training he sees the Buddha in his mind. With regard to myōgō, he developed Kakuban's idea that every word is a mantra 真言, and asserts that chanting Amida's name and chanting mantras have quite the same meaning. In addition, Dohan asserts that various virtues are included in the three letters of A-mi-da. And in conclusion, he even says that the entire world of a maņdala is included in the name of Amida. One might venture to say that the interpretation of the name of Amida in the Shingon school attained its ultimate stage in his system. In this way, Dōhan radically reinterpreted the concepts of Amida, the Pure Land, myōgō, and so on from his position based on the doctrines of Esoteric Buddhism. He considered that the ideas of the Pure Land and Amida Buddha were part of Shingon doctrine and insists on the superiority of Esoteric Buddhism by subsuming these ideas under the system of Esoteric Buddhism. Thus, his ideas were different from a "fusion" of Esoteric Buddhism and Pure Land Buddhism, which was a characteristic of the interpretation of the Pure Land in the Shingon school before him.

本研究では、在宅ケアサービスを行う介護福祉士の専門性を評価するための知識と技術には、何が求められているのかを解明することを目的として調査を行った。その調査を集計し、因子分析を行って在宅ケアサービスを行う介護福祉士に必要とされている専門性に関する項目を確定した。本研究において確定した項目は、(1)利用者との信頼関係を構築する知識・技術、(2)障害や疾病に関する知識・技術、(3)多職種間の協働に関する知識・技術、(4)状況の変化に対応した介護の知識・技術、(5)衛生管理に関する知識・技術、(6)認知症に関する知識・技術、(7)福祉制度と法に関する知識、(8)栄養素と被服に関する知識・技術、(9)介護予防に関する知識・技術、 (10)価値観を尊重した介護技術、(11)緊急時に備えた介護技術、の11項目である。これらの在宅ケアサービスに必要とされている介護福祉士の専門性に関わる内容を骨子とする、介護福祉士養成教育が大切である。

3DCTデータを基に、実際のカテーテル手技訓練の実用に耐える副腎内静脈分枝を含んだ実物大副腎静脈血管モデルが作成された。バイポーラーラジオ波焼灼針では、10-25mmの副腎腺腫は、3通りの穿刺パターンにて完全焼灼可能であることと、脂肪組織介在下での周辺臓器安全性が示された。IVR臨床治療を施行し、主要評価項目である血中および蓄尿中アルドステロンを正常化が得られ、研究当初の臨床応用目標が達成された。モデル解析にて医療経済的にも有利であるとの結果を得た。

慢性肝炎および非アルコール性脂肪性肝炎の超音波機能診断法として、非造影、造影による診断法を検討した。VTTQによる慢性肝炎の診断法を確立した。Sonazoidを用いた造影法によるNASH診断法を検討した。またNASHラットモデルを用いSonazoidを投与し生体顕微鏡による検討では、Kupffer細胞へのSonazoidの貪食は経時変化によっても増加せず、貪食能力の低下が原因と考えられた。VTTQによるNASH診断については早期ステージでの診断に問題が残り今後の検討課題となった。

本研究では,幼児の物語行為における親の役割に着目する.Narrative Skill習得に関する先行研究は,幼児の語りの詳細を引き出す言葉がけをする親とそうでない親がおり,その差が子どもの語り方や考え方にまで影響するという結果を示している.そこで,それらの知見を踏まえ,Narrative Skill習得を促す親の語りの引き出し方の向上を支援するシステムを構築した.開発したシステム"親子de物語"は,親子で物語を作成し,その過程をWebカメラで録画,ビデオを親が自身で振り返ると同時に他の親子とビデオを共有していく,自己調整学習の仕組みを備えたWebアプリケーションである.評価実験に27組の親子に参加してもらい,その有効性を検証した.その結果,ビデオにより自己を振り返り,他者を観察することで,子どもの詳細な語りを引き出す親の言葉がけが向上することが分かった.引き出し方が特に向上した母親には,課題を行う過程で,他者の良い点から自身の言葉がけを反省するだけでなく,その都度,自分なりの目標を立てるという傾向が見られた.

In our previous paper[17], we naturally generalized the Morse code and we found the associative generalized Fibonacci sequences. Further we studied in[18]the matrix representation of these generalized sequences. In this paper, we introduce a new code which is developed by our preceding studies of the generalized Morse code. Moreover, we examine an efficient algorithm for generating codewords of the new code systematically and show that the number of codeword of equal lengths gives more widely generalized Fibonacci sequences. Subsequently we also introduce the associated widely generalized Lucas numbers and we study the direct representation of these n-th terms of the newly generalized Fibonacci and Lucas sequences by making use of matrices. Furthermore, we study some extended properities concerning these widely generalized sequences.

本研究では,システムLSI設計技術を今後の高度情報化社会を支える基盤情報技術ととらえ,システムLSIに十分な機能・性能・品質・安全性・信頼性を与えるための統合的な設計技術の確立を目指す.1.高機能・高性能なシステムLSIを短期間に設計する技術では,無線通信機能を有するシステムLSI設計技術の研究を行い,シリコンチップ上にコンパクトで安定なRFフロントエンドを実現するためにコプレナー線路を通常のCMOSプロセスで形成する技術を確立した.また,新しい可変構造アーキテクチャとしてSysteMorphやRedifisプロセッサを提案し,それに対する自動設計ツールとしてRedifisツール群を開発した.2.必要最小限のエネルギー消費を実現する技術としては,データのビット幅の制御,アーキテクチャの工夫,回路およびプロセスレベルでのエネルギー削減技術,通信システム全体の低消費エネルギー化設計手法などを構築した.3.社会基盤に求められる信頼性・安全性を実現する技術としては,安全性・信頼性を向上させるための技術として,ハッシュ関数や暗号用の回路の設計や評価を行った.また,電子投票システムや競売システムなどの社会システムの安全性を保証する新しい仕組みや,セキュリティと消費電力および性能のトレードオフに関する提案も行った.4.社会システムの実例として,個人ID管理の仕組みとしてMIID(Media Independent ID)を提案し,権利・権限の管理なども行えるシステムへと発展させた.九州大学の全学共通ICカードへの本格的な採用に向けて,伊都キャンパスの4000名の職員、学生にICカードを配布して実証実験を行った.本研究を通じて,社会情報基盤のあり方とそこで用いられるシステムLSIの研究課題を明示した.RFIDや電子マネーへの利用についても利用者や運用者の視点からの可能性と問題点をまとめることができた.

従来のテレビ論やテレビ史の大半は娯楽文化論か政治報道論であり、教育・教育とテレビの関係は「子どもとメディア暴力」や「メディア・リテラシー」に集中していた。本研究では「教養のメディア」としてテレビ放送の意義を再検討することをめざした。『テレビ的教養-一億総博知化の系譜』(NTT出版・2008年)などにおいて、NHK、民間放送、放送大学など諸組織ごとに分かれた既存の個別研究を統合する放送メディア教育研究の新しい枠組みを提示した。

Although much attention has been given to cell differentiation inducers as new types of anti-tumore agent, only a few studies has been reported on differentiation inducers from plant sorces. Therefore, we have searched for naturally occouring substances which induce differnciation of leukemia cells. From Condurango Cortex (Marsdenia condurango) (Asclepidaceae) and Periplocae Cortex (Periploca sepium B.) (Asclepidaceae), many kids of pregnan derivatives and some cardenolides. From withania (Withania somnifera) (Solanaceae) (using Indian market withania and withania cultivated at the medicinal plant garden of this university), more than thirty kinds of withanolides were isolated. From Physalis alkekengi (Solanaceae), physalin and neophysalin derivatives were isolated. Structural elucidation of these 60 kinds of steroid derivatives were carried out by means of spectral methods, especially using NMR spectroscopy including H-H COSY, H-C COSY, HMBC, NOE technics. These steroidal derivatives were tested on cell differentiatio inducing activity against mouse myeloid leukemia (M1) cells. Many kinds steroid derivatives showed the activity. Of these active compounds, some kinds of withanolids, 27, 33, 34 and 35 having 4β-hydroxy-5β,6β-epoxy-2-en-1-one structure of AB ring, showed potent differentiation inducing activity.
