弱酸性電解水の各種病原微生物に対する効果を検討した.弱酸性電解水は電解添加液 (NaCl, HCl) を微量添加した水道水を隔壁膜のない電気槽で電気分解し, pH5.0-6.0に設定することにより, 次亜塩素酸を効率よく有効利用する目的で開発された.細菌に対する効果は含有塩素濃度, pH, 温度, 作用時間の影響を検討した.無芽胞菌 (13種を検討) においては本電解水含有塩素濃度30ppm, 作用時間30秒で被験菌株のほとんどについて生存菌数が検出限界以下であったが, P. aeruginosaの殺菌には50PPmが必要であった.有芽胞菌 (3種を検討) の場合, C. perfrigensとC. botulinumは含有塩素濃度60ppm, 作用時間1分で検出限界以下になった.B.subtilisは含有塩素濃度50ppm, 作用時間5分で検出限界以下になった.ウイルスに対する効果は50ppmではInfluenzavirus A/PR/8/34株, Semliki forest virusにおいては5秒, Adenovirus8型では15秒, Herpes simplex virus 1型HS株では1分, 2型KP株では5分以内で検出限界以下となった.Humanimmunodeficiency virus1型IIIB株においては30ppm, 5秒で検出限界以下となった.また, 応用として, 手指除菌効果の検討, 噴霧による実験動物飼育室の除菌効果の比較を行ったが, いずれも除菌効果があった.本弱酸性電解水は各種病原微生物に対して優れた殺菌効果があり, 安全で種々の用途への応用が期待される.

近年,人間の動作とその背景に投影された映像を組み合わせて,演者の動作が映像に作用しているように見せるパフォーマンスが注目されている.しかし,演者は映像を背にしていたり,ステージ上を移動してさまざまな方向を向いていたりするため,つねに映像を確認しながら演技することはできず,映像と演者が直接掛け合いを行うようなインタラクティブなパフォーマンスを行うことが難しかった.そこで本研究では,装着型/非装着型の情報提示デバイスを用いて演者に映像情報を提示することの有効性を評価する.本研究では実際にインタラクティブパフォーマンスのための演者支援システムを構築し,提示デバイスや提示内容が演技に与える影響を評価した.結果から,提示デバイスによって,演技の自然さが変化することや,提示内容によって,演技動作の精度が変化することが確認された.また,装着型デバイスの使用が演者の演技に与える影響についても評価を行い,対応可能なパフォーマンスを確認した.

ニホンジカ(Cervus nippon)を効率的に捕獲する際に,給餌に醤油を用いた場合の選択効果を実証することを目的として,採食試験を実施した.調査は北海道洞爺湖中島において,4地域9地点の給餌場所で2012年11月7日~17日に行った.醤油区と牧草区,醤油を散布した牧草区(醤油牧草区)の3種類の給餌区を設定し,期間中に3回~5回給餌し,自動撮影カメラを利用して各区に対するシカの選択頻度(1時間当たりの撮影頭数)を算出した.各給餌区の選択頻度は(1)調査期間を通しての各給餌回後および全体についてと,(2)各給餌後24時間以内の時系列データに再配列したデータセットでの2時間毎の頻度の二つの区分で別々に評価した.醤油区の場合,二つの区分の両方で選択頻度が低かった.給餌後の変化を見ると(1)の区分では,牧草区と醤油牧草区の選択頻度は1回目の給餌で少なく,回を重ねるごとに増加した.醤油牧草区の選択頻度は,5回目を除いて他の2区と比べて有意に高かった.一方,(2)の区分では,醤油区の選択頻度は他の2区よりも明らかに低く,醤油牧草区の選択頻度は全体的に牧草区よりも高かった.結果的に,醤油単体を給餌した場合はニホンジカに選択されにくいものの,醤油を散布した誘引餌は通常の餌よりもニホンジカに選択されやすいことが示された.

This study aimed to examine how workplace teleworking affects teamwork. Teamwork in remote situations has been studied from the perspective of virtual teams and team virtuality. Team virtuality can be classified into two aspects: (1) geographic dispersion and (2) technology use. Telework increases both geographic dispersion and technology use. On the other hand, past studies have not sufficiently examined how these two aspects affect teamwork. In this study, we examined the relationship between the two aspects of team virtuality and teamwork by analyzing two datasets, one at the individual level (Study 1, individual N=567) and the other at the team level (Study 2, team N=53). The results of Study 1 revealed that geographic dispersion was negatively associated with teamwork, while technology use was positively associated with teamwork. Study 2 showed a similar overall trend of association, although some aspects did not achieve statistical significance. Telework was positively associated with both geographic dispersion and technology use. In other words, the two aspects of team virtuality were shown to have potentially conflicting effects. Furthermore, Study 1 showed an interaction effect between these two aspects, suggesting that technology may moderate the negative effects of geographic dispersion on teamwork.

1991年にコンパイルから発売された対戦型パズルゲームぷよぷよにおいてコンピュータAIの強さは4~5連鎖程度であり,中級者以上が満足できるレベルではなかった.本研究では,ぷよぷよのAIを強くすることを目的として,強いぷよぷよのプレイヤーに必要な要素の内の一つである,長い連鎖を効率的に組むことに着目し,囲碁の“定石”や将棋の“囲い”にあたる人智の結晶である“定型連鎖”を構成する方法に取り組む.関連性行列という形での状態表現・テンプレート表現を用いた構成法により,定型連鎖を構成することに成功した.さらに従来の探索型連鎖構成法を組み合わせることで従来法を上回る平均11.75連鎖を達成することに成功した.

In the midst of the current reproducibility crisis in psychology, pre-registration is considered a remedy to increase the reliability of psychological research. However, because pre-registration is an unconventional practice for most psychological researchers, they find it difficult to introduce pre-registration into their studies. To promote pre-registration, this article provides a detailed and practical step-by-step tutorial for beginners on pre-registration with Open Science Framework. Furthermore, a typical example what beginners might experience and ways to resolve such issues are provided as supplementary material. Finally, we discuss various issues related to pre-registration, such as transparent research, registered reports, preprints, and open science education. We hope that this article will contribute to the improvement of reproducible psychological science in Japan.

本研究は、「王のいる共和政」の国際比較を通じて、近代ヨーロッパ共和主義の再検討を行った。この結果、ハンガリー、ドイツ、ポーランド、スウェーデン、オーストリアにおいて、「王のいる共和政」というジャコバン思想と運動が存在したことを解明した。さらに、これらの地域における「王のいる共和政」論の源流を、16世紀の政治的人文主義(political humanism)による古代ローマ共和政の近世的再解釈に見出した。加えて、この思想が啓蒙絶対王政を正当化するための主導的原理として機能したことを実証した。このようにして、この原理が1790年代の中・東欧において広範に拡大することになったのである。

症例は41歳, 男性。脇差しにより頸部正中刺創を受け, 近医で皮膚縫合を施行されたが, 頸部腫脹, 発声障害が進行するため, 受傷後約18時間後に当院を受診した。著明な皮下気腫を認め, 気管の損傷を疑い気管支鏡を施行した。第1気管軟骨輪に約2cm, 同レベルの膜様部に約1cmの損傷を認めた。同検査中再出血により緊急手術を施行した。出血は甲状腺左葉内の動脈性出血であり縫合止血した。食道の損傷はなかった。気管軟骨輪および膜様部の縫合を行った。術後経過は良好で退院したが, 肉芽形成の可能性もあり, 経過観察が必要である。

2013年6月〜2015年3月までの期間に,われわれは子宮頸がんワクチン接種後の副反応を呈している76名の女児を診察した。主症状は頭痛,全身倦怠感,四肢の筋力低下,立ちくらみ,起床困難,手足の疼痛であり,初回接種から本症状発現までの平均期間は5.5カ月であった。頭痛・全身倦怠感は起立性調節障害,四肢の疼痛は複合性局所疼痛症候群(CRPS)の症状として説明可能であり,病態の背景には末梢性交感神経障害が存在すると考えている。

Psychological science is now facing an unprecedented crisis of reproducibility. The field is becoming aware of the systematic problems embedded in its research practices that have been widely employed by most academic journals. An emphasis on aesthetic rather than scientific standards has led to a publication bias for positive results, which, in turn, has encouraged questionable research practices (QRPs), such as p-hacking and HARKing. These processes have potentially created “null fields” where many findings are mere products of false positives. This risk is especially large in fields where the prior probability of the hypotheses being true is low. In fact, a recent large-scale replication project reported that the reproducibility of psychological literature is less than 40%. The psychology community is starting to respond to this crisis by becoming aware of the importance of pre-registered replication, and by reforming the publication standards of many journals. In this paper, we provide an overview of the facts and solutions to the present problems.

This study investigated the integrated teamwork model in organizations based on the survey data of 21 organizations, 812 teams, and 5,728 participants. First, consistent with the Input-Process-Output (IPO) model, the team-level mediating effects of “team leadership → team process → team performance” were confirmed. Next, we examined the further detailed relationships among the team-level variables. Our analysis demonstrated that relationship-oriented leadership was positively associated with daily communication, while task-oriented leadership was positively related to cooperation and goal sharing. In addition, goal sharing had a strong and positive association with team performance. Finally, we examined the interaction effect of task-oriented leadership and relation-oriented leadership. The analysis indicated a synergistic impact on which team process and performance were particularly enhanced when both were high, as assumed by the two-factor theory of leadership behavior represented by PM theory.

日本では2020年1月からの新型コロナウイルス(SARS-CoV-2)感染拡大に伴い,職場では地域の感染状況や職場環境に合わせて適切な感染防止策を行う事が求められている.複数の学術・業界団体がガイドラインを発表し,防止策のアイデアが提供されているものの,現場ではすべての対策を講じることは現実的に困難である.効果の優れる対策を検討し,優先的に行う事が求められている.従来から職場の衛生管理では,複数の介入を組み合わせて,また介入は優先順位をつけて行う事を基本とする労働衛生管理モデルが広く利用されてきた.本稿では代表的な労働衛生管理モデルを改めて紹介する.また,それら労働衛生管理モデルを応用した,優先順位に基づく効率的な職場におけるCOVID-19対策について検討し,整理された対策視点を提案する.

We propose a system to prevent identification of an individual identity by changing the size and position of one's facial regions. Invasion of privacy and the right of publicity have been a problem along with the popularization of social media and improvement of image resolution. The mosaic and the blur have been used to prevent identification of a person's identity. These techniques, however, make people difficult to understand the context of the video, because the facial expressions of the characters and the background in the video are masked. In this paper, we focus on naturally conversing the facial appearance in images for protecting their privacy. We examined the proper degree of facial changing parameters, and performed user studies to evaluate these parameters.

本研究の目的は,日本語版Pure Procrastination Scale (PPS-J)を作成し,その信頼性と妥当性を検討することであった。本尺度の原版は,行動の遅延によって事態がいっそう悪化することが予想されるにもかかわらず自発的に遅らせる事象である先延ばしを測定するものとして開発されている。本研究では,大学生195名を対象に確認的因子分析を行った結果,「実行の先延ばし」「決断の先延ばし」「非適時性」からなる12項目3因子構造が示された。十分な内的整合性と構成概念妥当性を有することが確認された。また,大学生57名を対象として,再検査信頼性を検討した結果,許容範囲の値が得られた。大学生44名を対象とした日常生活の調査から,PPS-Jの十分な構成概念妥当性が示された。これらの結果から,PPS-Jは国内においても先延ばしを測定する尺度として使用可能であることが示された。

細胞内物質輸送のナビゲーション機構はこれまでほとんど判っていなかった。我々は、微小管がGTP結合状態とGDP結合状態で異なる構造をとることを示し、神経細胞軸索起始部に局在するGTP結合型微小管が軸索輸送のナビゲーションを行うという新しい概念を提唱している。本研究は、これを発展させ、以下の3つの課題を通じて細胞内物質輸送のナビゲーション機構の基本原理を解明した。①分子モーターの運動性に対する微小管の構造状態の影響の解析と、その分子機構の解明、②微小管の構造状態が細胞内の位置特異的に制御される機構の解析、③非神経細胞における分子モーターのナビゲーション機構の解析

This study is an investigation of the guideline for the special elderly nursing home to make the business continuity plan. There is little home where bcp is made according to the investigation of the Cabinet Office. The four investigated homes did not make the policy and the concrete measure how to execute the routine work after the large earthquake.We analyzed the business scheme of four homes, and made the staff hearing. Then we made die guideline of the business continuity plan of the special elderly nursing home. The routine work of the special elderly nursing home is almost the same in the whole country. So we think the guideline is very useful. Moreover, we propose die solution of the challenging problem for homes to make the business continuity plan.
