In 1962, Kempe first described a clinical picture of children who have received physical abuse from their parents or foster parents as a battered child syndrome.We recently experienced a case of the battered child syndrome with oral candidiasis and mandibular fracture. A female infant of 1 year and 1 month post partum was referred to our hospital because of malnutrition and multiple unexplained trauma. Radiological studies revealed subdural hematoma and mandibular fracture, while the intraoral examination revealed extensive pseudomembrane and severe stomatitis.The patient was suspected of battered child syndrome and hospitalized so as to isolate from her mother. General management subsequently performed including chemotherapy, fluid therapy, blood transfusion and supply of nutrients saved the patient from death.

本研究では、送信点と異なる場所に多数の受信点を配置し(多地点観測法)、流星が流れたときその飛跡に沿って生じるプラズマで反射した電波(流星エコーと呼ぶ)を、複数の地点で受信して、その到達時間差と送信点-反射点-受信点の距離を同時に測定することにより、精密な流星飛跡を求める観測装置を開発した。この教材は携帯性に優れ、流星の諸パラメータを求めることができ、超高層大気と極微小天体の関係を身近に感じることができる実習教材である。

We report 2 cases of multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma. One was in a 33-year-old male, presenting with ultrasonic abnormality of the left kidney at an annual employee health care examination. Computerized tomography (CT) demonstrated a 5 cm of multilocular cystic mass adjacent to the lower pole of the left kidney. Another was in a 44-year-old male, presenting with microscopic hematuria at an annual employee health care examination. CT of the abdomen revealed a 6.5 cm of multilocular cystic mass on the upper pole of the right kidney. Both were diagnosed as renal cell carcinoma by the angiography and underwent radical nephrectomy. Gross specimens showed typical multilocular cystic appearance and histopathology showed clear cell carcinoma infiltrating septa and replacing epithelium of the cyst walls. Both patients are alive without evidence of disease at, 21 months and 14 months after operation, respectively. Including our cases, 51 multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma and multilocular cystic nephroma associated with renal cell carcinoma have been reported. From the review of the literatures and the answer of the questionnaires inquiring about the outcome of the patient to Japanese reporters, the outcome of 38 patients was ascertained. The 10-year survival rates and non-recurrence rate after operation calculated by the Kaphan-Meier formula were 97.3% and 90.3%, respectively. Because of the good prognosis of reported cases, we concluded that we should choose kidney-sparing surgery for the operation of multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma.

D. H. Lawrenceは(古代)エトルリア民族に本能的な関心をいだき、彼等と彼自身を同一視した。Lawrenceが晩年の1927年に執筆したEtruscan Places (1932)はエトルリア地方の気候、風土、自然について述べると同時に、エトルリア民族の歴史、性格、芸術、宗教を考察し、彼の思想が端的に表われた紀行文である。本論はエトルリア民族の主要な芸術石棺像、奉献像、墳墓内の壁画、キマイラ等の考察を通して、彼等の死生観を分析し、その生の世界を探ることを目的とする。エトルリア文化はその初期段階において、死に直面し、死を意識した文化であった。しかし、一方において、彼等が生に目を向けた時、意識下より意識の表面へと湧きでた生の芸術、宗教が発達した。その結果、当時の地中海諸国はギリシヤ芸術、文明の影響を免れることは不可能であったが、エトルリア民族特有の芸術、宗教が生まれるに到った。エトルリア民族最大の関心は生の世界であり、生きることそのもの、つまり、生を鋭敏に意識することで彼等の芸術は表現された。生は喜びであると同時に驚異であり、死後も永遠、無限の生の世界へ永続すると言う考えのもとにエトルリア民族の宗教は生まれた。エトルリア民族の芸術、宗教を考慮する時、ローマのVilla Giulia博物館所蔵の石棺の夫婦像に認められる微笑はエトルリア民族の死生観を象徴し、彼等(夫婦)は死後、喜ばしき驚異の生の旅へ、生の始源、永遠、無限へと旅立つ姿を表わしていると考えられる。

属性情報は個人などの主体が持つ属性,権限,職責,資格,地位などであり,電子商取引やWebサービスなどにおける認可の根拠として用いられる.属性情報は個人情報の一部として厳密に扱われる場合も多く,情報流出時の影響範囲を考慮した管理が必要である.分散管理は集中管理に比べ,情報流出時の影響を抑えることはできるが,管理される情報が複数箇所に分散されるため,情報の利便性は低下する.本提案方式は,分散管理された属性情報を一意に指し示す方法としてURI,属性情報どうしの関係性を示す方法としてRDFを用いることで,属性情報の有効利用と有効性検証を可能とする属性情報の分散管理方式である.分散管理されている属性情報へのアクセス方法をIDプロバイダが集中管理し,アクセスをリダイレクトすることで,属性情報の利用者に対して集中管理と同じ利便性を保ちつつ,分散管理と同じ安全性を実現とする.また,属性情報は分散管理されるため,情報流出が発生した場合の影響を局所化できるとともに,RDFによって分散管理されている属性情報どうしの関係を示すことで,属性情報の検証者はより厳密な属性情報の検証が可能となる.The attribute information of a subject may be an authority, a qualification, a position, etc., and it is used to authorize the e-commerce and the Web service, etc. This attribute information is often treated as part of an individual's identity information, so we should consider about information leakage. In this paper, we propose a decentralized management for attribute information which is able to verify effectiveness using URI and RDF. Our method makes it possible that an identity provider manages URI for authority which manages attribute information, and redirects access to its authority. And it is the same convenience centralized management, and the same security as decentralized management.

2型糖尿病者を対象にProblem Areas in Diabetes(PAID)scaleを実施し,フロア効果がある6項目を除いて因子分析を行ったところ単因子構造が確認された.このPAID尺度とProfile of Mood States(POMS),Tokyo University Egogram New version(TEG)との関連を検証した結果,PAID尺度はPOMSの「Tension-Anxiety」「Depression-Dejection」「Fatigue」との有意な関連がある一方,TEGとは関連がみられなかった.よって,PAIDとPOMSを併せて用いることは,糖尿病の負担感と関連する心理的状態をより詳細に把握することができ,各人に応じた心理的援助を提供する際に有効であると考えられる.

目的 : 「身体感覚活性化(世にも珍しい)マザークラス」を実践する人材育成のための教育プログラム開発の資料として,福岡市で開催した医療者向けセミナーの評価と考察を行った.方法 : 2006年2月26日に福岡市で行われた「身体感覚活性化(世にも珍しい)マザークラス」医療者セミナーの参加者128名を対象に,質問紙調査を行った.結果 : 質問紙の回収率は93.8%であり,以下のような結果が得られた.1.セミナーの参加動機は「興味・関心」,「マザークラスの変革」,「学びたい・知りたい」が上位を占めた.また,101名(84.2%)がマザークラスの運営に困難を感じていた.2.セミナーの満足度は108名(90.1%)が「満足」と回答しており,その理由として「自分自身が体験できたこと」,「快」,「身体感覚活性化(世にも珍しい)マザークラスを知った・わかった」の3つが上位を占めた.「少し不満」「非常に不満」「どちらでもない」と回答した者は7名(5.8%)であった.3.今回のセミナーを今後のマザークラス運営に「役立てられる」と回答した者は99名(82.4%)であった.活用方法としては「身体感覚の刺激・"感じる"こと」が最も多く,ついで「妊婦同士の交流の場づくり」,「助産哲学・考え方」の2つが占めた.4.今後のセミナーやリカレント教育に参加の意思を持つ者はそれぞれ117名(97.5%),107名(89.2%)と高率であった.結論 : 参加者は現行のマザークラスのあり方を模索し,関心を寄せている現状が明らかとなった.参加者が「満足」であった理由は主催者側のセミナーの目的と一致していた.妊婦あるいはスタッフで参加した者の体験談は,マザークラスの概要や助産哲学理解の一助になっていると考えられる.したがって今回のセミナーの目的は達成されたと考える.しかし妊婦と同様の経験はできたが,根底に流れる助産哲学を用いてマザークラスを実践する段階までには至っていない。その実践の習得には,段階を追った継続したプログラムが必要であることが示唆された.

研究代表者は、以前の研究で原伸生氏と共に、一般化された密着閉包の概念を導入し、乗数イデアルを可換環論の言葉で定義することに成功した。具体的には、乗数イデアルは、密着閉包のテストイデアルの標数に関する極限として得られる。本研究では、小さな標数のテストイデアルの振る舞いと乗数イデアルの振る舞いとの違いを明らかにした。さらに、可換環論におけるさまざまな不変量の研究を行うために、密着閉包の理論を整備した。

“Creative Exercise” is one of the most important articles in the course of technology educations at the universities and the colleges. In this paper, some trials for the creative exercises developed in Osaka Electro-Communication University are introduced ; those are (1) exercises in “Creative Design Engineering”, (2) studies and educations on robots, (3) executive plan of rescue-robot contest, and (4) supporting system for application for the qualifying examinations. Their results and effectiveness are also discussed.

We examined a total of 20 blood samples for assessment of the degree of hybridization between introduced rhesus macaques and native Japanese macaques in the Bousou Peninsula. Each individual was characterized by different kinds of genetic markers (two protein loci, mtDNA and one Y chromosome DNA) in order to evaluate paternal and maternal origin and the degree of hybridization. The sample individuals contained one adult male Japanese macaque, and all others were rhesus or rhesus hybrid born in the study population. Of these 19 natal, at least 15 (78.9 per cent) were hybrids. The estimated frequencies of Japanese macaque genes were 0.342 and 0.857 for autosomal and Y chromosomal genes, respectively. This result revealed a high degree of hybridization in the introduced rhesus population. A test for random mating suggested that the two species were intermixing without reproductive defects. As the habitat of native Japanese macaque troops on the peninsula are very close, removal of the hybrid population is urgently required to prevent the transfer of their genes into the Japanese macaque population. It is also important to begin monitoring for further potential gene flow between rhesus and Japanese macaques in the peninsula.

γ線スペクトロメトリを用いて,日本に流通している健康食品(サプリメント)73検体の放射能調査(134Cs,137Cs及び40K)を実施した。134Csは全て不検出であった。137Csは9検体から検出され(2.3~190Bq/kg),キノコやブルーベリーなど137Cs濃度が高いと考えられる原材料を使用したサプリメントは,137Cs濃度が高い傾向があることがわかった。また40Kは56検体から検出された(17.6~11600Bq/kg)。137Csが検出されたサプリメントを1年間摂取した時の成人における137Csの預託実効線量は約2.9μSvであった。

On the design for a fractional rationl function, I compared the algorithm of Davidon Fletcher-Powell with it of Gauss-Newton. In the result, it was found that the first, when the difference of the initial value and the specification was large, was more useful. Now in this paper I deal with an inverse transmission function with a pole on an electric filter as an example of a fractional rational function.
