Organizational development (OD) recently has focused on the invention of methods based on practical perspectives rather than academic ones. This movement has resulted in increased "development of OD." While this attention is mostly positive, it has led to a loss of clear identity for OD. Thus we call this phenomenon gritting refined gold. We argue the identity of OD by considering developmental practices, both empirically and theoretically. This study shows that OD has been consistent in its principle of development and has hold its traditional logic which had humanistic values at the center of interventions.

探偵小説は〈近代〉とともに成熟してきた。政治的・社会的・性的存在として生きねばならない人間を微分し、欲望する主体としてのありようを的確に表象する方法のひとつとして、それはいまもなお拡大発展を遂げている。本研究では、「作家資料研究」「雑誌研究」「国際研究」「理論研究」の各部門から、作家の自筆原稿や雑誌を含むさまざまの資料について研究の基盤となるデータの集積を行うとともに、諸外国における研究や隣接領域の学術的成果や知見とも交流し、日本における探偵小説ジャンルの生成過程を明らかにする。

This article is mean to clarify the development process of "Gakugeins". Dr. Levinson has divided 'The first half of the year of the adult' into three stages for people.1. The Early adult transition2. Entering the adult world3. The Age thirty transitionThe first stage called 'the early adult transition'; the Gakugeins begin life alone, away from a home. In addition most Gakugeins find in its occupation in their future. In the second stage 'Entering the adult world', most of them find employment. Seeing their childhood dreams realized and connected with their present. The last stage 'the Age thirty transition', the remaining Gakugeins find employment and are Gakugeins from this first time. The people who has already worked as a Gakugeins achieve problem solving abilities in their field of work.

Since the Nankai Megathrust Earthquake and Tokyo Inland Earthquake are predicted to occur in the near future, disaster prevention have become urgent issues in urban planning in Japan. Therefore, municipal governments in Japan are required to implement disaster prevention systematically by making use of green and open spaces. In this study, the authors analyzed the role of the “Green Master Plan (GMP)” in disaster risk reduction through 72 case studies. As a result, it was revealed that there are a lot of GMPs which refers to the disaster prevention, while their specific measures vary a lot depending on the past disaster experience and geographic condition. It was also found that a lot of GMPs designate green and open spaces like urban parks as evacuation sites for mega earthquake or large fire. As a conclusion, the authors pointed out the future tasks for the landscape and urban planning in Japan in order to enhance the role of green and open spaces in disaster prevention.

Papillary microcarcinomas (PMCs) which are 1.0cm or less in diameter are a specific subgroup of thyroid cancer. As the prevalence of these tumors found in autopsy cases was reported to be 10 to 28.4% in Japan, the necessity of surgical treatment of PMCs has been questioned. However, PMCs are often found in conjunction with advanced metastases in cervical lymph nodes, lung, etc..We reviewed eight cases with PMCs revealed by the presence of cervical metastases over the past 10 years. Five cases were revealed by manifest cervical lymph node metastases. Two of the other three cases were operated on for treatment of metastatic lesions subsequent to other diagnoses, notably a parotid tumor and lateral cervical cyst. The PMCs were revealed in a postoperative histological study of these two cases. The remaining case was discovered incidentally during neck dissection for laryngeal cancer. Preoperative ultrasonography was undertaken in seven cases. Two cases showed multif ocal small high echoic spots without tumors and one case showed no abnormal findings in the thyroid.In all cases, total thyroidectomy, unilateral or bilateral neck dissection and postoperative radioiodine scintigraphy were performed. Multifocal tumors in the thyroid were proven histologically in four cases. In one case, the primary lesion was not found even in a postoperative histological study.In accordance with these observations, PMCs revealed by cervical metastases shoul be treated as advanced thyroid carcinomas.

目的:高齢者では,加齢だけでなく,疾患や障害などさまざまな要因によって,口腔機能が低下する。経口栄養摂取のためには,口腔機能の維持は重要な因子と考えられるが,口腔機能低下と栄養状態との関連性についてはまだ不明な点が多い。そこで,本研究では,全身疾患を有する入院高齢患者における口腔機能低下と低栄養との関連性を明らかにすることを目的とした。 方法:対象は,2015年10月から2016年2月までに藤田保健衛生大学病院歯科を受診した入院中の患者とした。対象者の口腔機能,口腔衛生に関する項目および栄養と全身状態に関する項目を調査した。Mini Nutritional Assessment-Short Form(MNA-SF)を用いて,栄養状態を正常群と低栄養群の2群に分類し,口腔と全身の評価項目が栄養状態と年齢で相違があるか検討した。 結果:口腔衛生,多くの口腔機能の項目で,低栄養群で有意な低値を示した。特に筋力系の項目で顕著であった。一方,高齢群においても,若年群と比して多くの口腔機能の項目が低値を示した。また,QOLやADLは,低栄養者および後期高齢群において有意な低下を認めた。 結論:入院高齢患者の低栄養は,多くの口腔機能の低下と関連していた。本結果から,栄養を指標として口腔機能低下を評価することの意義が示唆された。また,入院患者の良好な栄養状態を維持するためには,入院前からの適切な口腔管理により口腔機能が維持されることが重要であると考える。

東京都では、大正の初め頃から地盤沈下が起きており、戦後の復興とともに地盤沈下が進行した。特に、昭和30年代から40年代にかけて、地盤沈下は激しくなってきた。このような状況に対し、都は、法律や条例に基づき、地下水揚水規制や地下水位の観測、雨水浸透の推進などの地下水対策に積極的に取り組んできた。その結果、現在東京都における地盤沈下は沈静化傾向にあるが、完全には終息しておらず、地下水位も微増から横ばいで頭打ちの状況にあり、現行の揚水規制を緩和すれば地盤沈下が再発する可能性がある。そのため、地盤沈下を未然に防止する観点から、揚水規制を引き続き維持するとともに、地下水のかん養量を増加させるための施策の推進を一層図る必要がある。本稿では、都における地盤沈下の状況やその対策を振り返りつつ、今後の課題等について概説する。

To predict earthquakes, huge efforts have been devoted to monitoring earthquakes, crustal deformations and water level during past decades, however, has been found to be extremely difficult. A new approach in marine seismic studies on earthquake prediction proposes focusing on the nature of the subducting plate boundary. Some Ocean Drilling Program (ODP) drillings and seismic reflection studies show fluid flows and the existence of hydrous minerals in the decollement zone. Considering that the subducting plate might contain much water, a number of hydrous minerals might be stable down to 150-300 km, in particular, serpentines and lawsonite.In 1998, the authors carried out a seismic experiment at the Izu-Bonin trench using Ocean Bottom Seismometers (OBSs) and controlled sources. The 130 km long E-W line crosses the Torishima forearc seamount, one of the serpentine diapirs at the eastern terminus. The velocity structure obtained along the line shows a relatively high velocity at the top and alow velocity at the bottom of the serpentine diapir. The velocity of the mantle wedge is slower than that of normal mantle. The dip of the subducting slab is initially quite gentle and abruptly becomes steep around 100 km from the trench axis. Hydration of peridotite in the mantle wedge might occur close to the Izu-Bonin trench axis and serpe ntines seem to be raised upward to the ocean bottom.

16歳,男性.モルディブから帰国後7日目に高熱と下痢を生じた.肝機能異常と血小板減少を認め,渡航歴から旅行者感染症を考えた.末梢血スメアでマラリア原虫を認めず,腸チフスとデング熱の可能性を考え抗菌薬を使用の上,国立感染症研究所に依頼しデングウイルス3型遺伝子を検出した.その後皮膚点状出血や凝固時間延長が出現し,デング出血熱の診断基準を満たした.支持療法で改善し入院7日目で退院した.渡航歴の確認が重要と考えた.

A single specimen (636.0 mm disc width) of the Pink Whipray Pateobatis fai (Jordan and Seale, 1906) (Dasyatidae) was collected off the south coast of the Satsuma Peninsula, Kagoshima Prefecture, Kyushu, Japan. Although the tail had been removed after capture, the specimen was subsequently identified based on disc morphology and molecular analysis. In Japanese waters, the species has previously been recorded only from Chichi Island (Ogasawara Islands), Okinawa Island (Okinawa Islands), and Iriomote Island (Yaeyama Islands), The present specimen, described here in detail, therefore representing the first record of P. fai from the Japanese mainland, and the northernmost record for the species.

リアルタイムシミュレーション,センシングの融合による広域被害把握,被災地内外の人の移動と社会動態把握,医療需要および被災地の医療活動状況を入力としたマルチエージェントシミュレーションで構成する仮想世界でのwhat-ifの分析を通じて,物理世界となる被災地での災害医療チームの活動を支援するための「災害医療デジタルツイン」を構築する.災害医療の最前線で活動する研究者との協働を通じて,南海トラフ連続地震により連続して来襲する津波のリスク下において,医療システムの一部の機能が一定期間低下しても,被災地内外の災害医療の機能を速やかに回復できる医療レジリエンスの再構築を先導する.

本研究は、20世紀前半の帝国日本におけるスポーツの全体像を実証的に解明することを最終目的とし、本年度は上記の課題を遂行する上でミッシングリンクとなっている満洲のスポーツについて、関連資料を調査収集しつつ、研究テーマを探ることを主たる活動目標とした。資料収集においてとりわけ重点を置いたのは、1907年から1943年まで刊行された『満洲日日新聞/満洲日報』である。満洲スポーツの全体像を窺うには、まずこの資料を十分に踏まえておかねばならない。しかしながら、『満洲日日新聞』は大連(のち奉天)に拠点を置いているため、満洲国の首都である新京や、いわゆる「北満」と呼ばれた地域に関する情報は決して多くない。そのため、新京で刊行されていた『新京日日新聞』(1933~1940年)の収集も並行して進め、収集した記事を年表の形に整理している。研究会は五月、八月、一二月と三回開催し、満洲や帝国日本のスポーツに関わる研究発表を行った。資料から明らかになった満洲スポーツのいくつかの側面について、日本や朝鮮の事例と比較しながら、考察を進め智識を共有した。海外調査は三月に大連、丹東、瀋陽で実施し、戦前のスポーツ関連施設の現状を調査した。繰越分については、中国での再調査に使用する予定であったが、中国での図書館利用が見込めなくなったため、IOCオリンピックセンター(スイス)での調査に変更した。この調査では、日本と満洲国のオリンピックおよび極東大会参加に関する資料を収集した。
