The monument for Koreans is in Forest Park of Gunma. It is argued now whether we should remove it. There are many opinions to remove it to forget a past. However, I think that we should maintain it. This is because we cannot make the bright future, if it is not based on a past enough. In this article, I think about this problem from the viewpoint of constitution.

本研究の目的は、子ども用快活動尺度(Children’s Pleasant Activity Scale: CPAS)を作成し、CPASの信頼性と妥当性を検討することであった。CPAS、および、抑うつ/不安症状、正負感情、社会的スキルを測定する質問紙を用いて、児童331名に対する調査を実施した。COSMIN(COnsensus-based Standards for the selection of health Measurement INstruments: de Vet et al., 2011; Terwee et al., 2011)に基づいて、CPASの信頼性と妥当性が検討された。その結果、いくつかの限界はあるものの、CPASの信頼性(内的整合性、再検査信頼性、測定誤差)と妥当性(表面的妥当性、構造的妥当性、仮説検証)が確認された。項目反応理論を用いて検討した結果、CPASは平均的に快活動に従事しているものに対して高い測定精度を有する尺度であることが示唆された。最後に、児童青年の快活動への介入に関する示唆および本研究の限界と今後の課題が議論された。

The aim of this study was to review the roles of visual cues in communication between performers and audience members during a music performance. Although numerous studies have elucidated that visual cues convey such elements as performance manners,emotional expressions, musical structure, or sound expressions, little has been done to provide a holistic perspective of these findings. Thus, we scrutinized how visual cues af-fect the encoding of performers’ intentions or the decoding of a performance by audience members. With respect to each cue, the existing literature has revealed that body move-ment directs the manner of performance, emotional expression, and musical structures toward the audience members. Specific parts of the body, particularly, demonstrate this tendency. Facial expressions serve to convey emotional expressions and features of sound. Gaze is regarded as an important cue for communication, although its role remains unclear. Physical attractiveness and attire also influence performance evalua-tions. Overall, visual cues dominate over auditory cues and have a powerful impact on performer-audience interaction in many studies. These results contribute to a deeper understanding of music performance and music appreciation in concert or under mul-timodal conditions.

The isolation of disease resistance genes introduced from wild or related cultivated species is essential for understanding their mechanisms, spectrum and risk of breakdown. To identify target genes not included in reference genomes, genomic sequences with the target locus must be reconstructed. However, de novo assembly approaches of the entire genome, such as those used for constructing reference genomes, are complicated in higher plants. Moreover, in the autotetraploid potato, the heterozygous regions and repetitive structures located around disease resistance gene clusters fragment the genomes into short contigs, making it challenging to identify resistance genes. In this study, we report that a de novo assembly approach of a target gene-specific homozygous dihaploid developed through haploid induction was suitable for gene isolation in potatoes using the potato virus Y resistance gene Rychc as a model. The assembled contig containing Rychc-linked markers was 3.3 Mb in length and could be joined with gene location information from the fine mapping analysis. Rychc was successfully identified in a repeated island located on the distal end of the long arm of chromosome 9 as a Toll/interleukin-1 receptor-nucleotide-binding site-leucine rich repeat (TIR-NBS-LRR) type resistance gene. This approach will be practical for other gene isolation projects in potatoes.

現在の日本では,被害者のプライバシーに関する証拠(情報)のうち,関連性が低いものが裁判に顕出することを禁じる「レイプ・シールド法」を導入することの是非が論じられている。このような議論を背景に,本研究は,被害者関連情報として,被害者の性的前歴(多×少×記述なし)と職業(風俗従事者×医者×記述なし)がその被告人に対する量刑に及ぼす効果を検討することを主な目的として調査を行った。ドメイン知識を活用しつつ,被害者関連情報の効果を検討するために,分析にはベイズ的アプローチを用いた。分析の結果,被害者関連情報の量刑判断に対する主効果の95%確信区間には0が含まれており主効果は認められなかった。ただし,性的前歴多×風俗従事者に交互作用効果が見られ,被害者は性的前歴が多く,かつ風俗従事者であると記述された場合には,性的前歴や職業に関する記述がなされない場合および風俗従事者であるという情報のみが提示された場合と比較して,被告人に重い量刑が求められることが示された。上記の結果から得られる政策的示唆について論じた。

Sensory words such as onomatopoeia are difficult for students of Japanese because their cultures are different. How onomatopoeia are dealt with in elementary school compulsory education has been reviewed with the aim of considering how it can be applied to students of Japanese as a second language. Five Japanese textbooks that are currently in use at elementary schools for native speakers of Japanese were examined to see which onomatopoeic words appear and to what extent. A total of 6,443 onomatopoeic words were listed in these textbooks. Of the vast range of 6,443 words from the originally wide variety of words as counted from grade 1 to grade 6 from all the Japanese language textbooks, 92 were high-frequency onomatopoeic words which are proposed as the "basic onomatopoeia for beginners" as well as what kind of onomatopoeia and to what extent. These 92 high-frequency onomatopoeic words appeared 3,416 times, or 53.02% of the total 6,443 onomatopoeic words. If these 92 onomatopoeic words were studied, then over 50% of onomatopoeic words would be comprehensible to learners of Japanese. In addition, which verbs appear in conjunction with these onomatopoeic words together with their frequency are indicated.

野球では,投手がボールをリリースしてからわずか400ms程度で打者の手元に到達する.打者は,この極めて短い時間内にボールの球種やコースを判断し,その軌道に応じて時空間的に高い精度で打撃しなければならない.本稿では,実戦形式の投手-打者対戦における打者の運動を計測した結果を例に,バッティングの時間構造について解説する.打者は,ストレートとチェンジアップという球速の異なる球種がランダムに投じられた時,ボールリリース後約300msまではほぼ同じ挙動を示すが,その後の身体重心(腰部)の沈み込みの長さを調整することで遅い球に対応していた.

Microsatellites are now in vogue and a lot of and a variety of missions using them are progressed in the world, some of them require propulsion system to realize a highly precise attitude control or orbit transfer. In order to satisfy the requirements, we are developing Microsatellite-Friendly Multi-Purpose Propulsion System, MFMP-PROP, with capabilities of both mono-propellant and bi-propellant modes to provide both of small impulse bit and large delta-V, under the policies of Safety First, Border Free, Effective COTS, and Easy Scalability, based on the techniques of 60wt% Hydrogen Peroxide. We conducted captive tests of a thruster for mono-propellant mode under bi-propellant mode to confirm its stable ignition and continuous operation, and obtained performances under its pre-heating temperature and mixing ratio of hydrogen peroxide and ethanol, of 160 seconds of specific impulse at the highest.

エン・ゲヴ遺跡(イスラエル)の発掘調査によって印章などの宗教遺物を検出し、古代イスラエルおよびそれに隣接する諸国家の成立に新ヒッタイト文化の影響が見られることを指摘した。また、この印章や「生命の木」の図像、ユダ式柱状土偶などの宗教遺物の分析を行い、それらの示す宗教的画期から、古代イスラエル王国にカナンの多神教が単純に継続されていたわけでないことを明らかにした。さらに、2011年8月には、国際カンファレンスを主催し、古代西アジアにおける多神教の代表的女神アスタルテがイスラエルとその周辺世界でどのように異なって理解されていたのかを議論した。

2002年日韓ワールドカップ開催のために、候補地自治体は各地で新しいスタジアムを建設した。埼玉県によって建設された県営埼玉スタジアム2002も、その一つである。埼玉県はスタジアム建設当初から地元のJリーグチーム、浦和レッズのホームスタジアム誘致をめざしてきた。しかし、スタジアム完成から3年以上が経過しても、浦和レッズのホームスタジアムは、さいたま市営の浦和駒場スタジアムのまま、移転はなされずにきた。このホームスタジアム移転をめぐって、県とクラブはそれぞれの思惑で埼玉スタジアムの移転・使用の正当性の根拠として「公共性」を主張してきた。本稿ではまず、スポーツ社会学領域における公共性論を、暫定的に「スポーツの持つ公共性」を論じる立場と、「スポーツの創造する公共性」の可能性を探る立場という、二つの潮流として整理し、その上で、浦和レッズ・サポーターへの参与観察を元にした、事例研究を考察した。埼玉スタジアムを核とした「スポーツによるまちづくり」という公共事業が公共性=公益性を担保する、というロジックを「大義」とした埼玉県の思惑にレッズ・サポーターは一方的に屈服してしまうことなく、また表立って抵抗するわけでもなかった。だがそれでもホームスタジアム移転をクラブは留保してきた。その理由を「聖地」駒場で築き上げてきたレッズ・サポーターの「浦和スタイル」に見出す。本論文は、このホームスタジアムの移転に際して、これまで県やクラブの主張する公共性の「大義」に、レッズ・サポーターはかかわることがなかったことを踏まえ、それでもこの移転問題に「かかわらざるをえない」レッズ・サポーターを、その浦和スタイルから捉えかえす試みである。

移入種であるカメムシ目カメムシ科キマダラカメムシの地理的分布やその拡大を理解するためには生活史を詳しく知ることが重要である.そこで2020年4月から2021年4月まで神奈川県藤沢市のサクラ類36個体とカツラ11個体に見られる個体数を月に2回の頻度で測定し季節消長を調べた.どちらの木でも1齢幼虫は6月に,2齢以上の幼虫は6月から9月に見られた.成虫は5月から10月に見られたが,その個体数には越冬世代の出現と思われる6月の小さなピークと第1世代の羽化と思われる9月の大きなピークが見られた.このことから調査地では成虫で越冬する年1化の生活史だと考えられた.また1齢幼虫と成虫の個体数のピークの間をふ化から羽化までの期間として成長期間を推定すると約90日だった.国外の個体群の生活史には,高緯度に見られる年1化性から低緯度の多化性まで存在することが知られている.年間世代数で見れば,国内の個体群は高緯度地域の国外個体群に由来する可能性がある.またこれまで寄主植物として知られていなかったカツラにおいて幼虫は成長可能であることが分かった.
