かゆみはかきむしりたくなる不快な体性感覚であり, アトピー性皮膚炎など皮膚疾患において多く認められる症状である. また, 末梢や中枢における神経疾患においてもかゆみが症状としてあらわれることがある. かゆみの治療では抗ヒスタミン薬が一般的に用いられているが, 疾患に伴うかゆみ (慢性掻痒) には十分な効果を示さないことが多い. そのため, より効果的なかゆみの治療法開発が強く望まれている. そのためにも, かゆみや慢性掻痒のメカニズムを理解することが重要である. 1994年, はじめてかゆみの脳機能イメージング研究が報告された. その後, さまざまな研究者によって健常者や慢性掻痒患者を対象にかゆみの脳研究が行われた. さらには, 非侵襲的脳刺激法を用いたかゆみの抑制に関する研究も行われた. 本稿ではこれまでに報告されたかゆみの脳研究について概説する.

【目的】高齢者や障がい者の権利擁護における司法ソーシャルワークを円滑に実践するために、地域包括支援センター職員と弁護士・司法書士の司法ソーシャルワークに対する連携の認識を明らかにすることを目的とした。<br>【方法】A 県の地域包括支援センター職員、弁護士、司法書士の計455人を対象に、無記名自記式質問紙郵送調査を実施した。<br>【結果】「司法ソーシャルワーク」という言葉を聞いたことがあるか、または実践したことがあるかの質問に対し職種による差が有意に見られ、弁護士が高かった。日々の成年後見活動や研修会への参加が連携のきっかけとなっていた。<br>【考察】円滑な連携のためには相互の業務を十分理解し、日ごろから情報を共有する必要がある。職種を越えて共に学ぶ機会を設け、その場に参画することで、司法ソーシャルワークのより一層の推進を図れる可能性が示唆された。

フラグメント分子軌道(Fragment Molecular Orbital; FMO)法はタンパク質などの巨大分子の電子状態計算を可能にする方法であり,FMO計算によって得られるフラグメント間相互作用エネルギー(Inter Fragment Interaction Energy; IFIE)がタンパク質-リガンド間相互作用などを理解する上で有用であるため創薬研究などに用いられている.本研究ではFMO計算プログラムABINIT-MP及びそのプリポストBioStation Viewerに,IFIEを静電相互作用エネルギー(ES),交換反発エネルギー(EX),電荷移動相互作用エネルギー(CT+mix),分散エネルギー(DI)の4つのエネルギー成分に分割・解析できる機能PIEDA (Pair Interaction Energy Decomposition Analysis)を実装し,複数のタンパク質-リガンド系で実証計算を行った.その結果,ノイラミニダーゼ-オセルタミビル,EGFRチロシンキナーゼ-エルロチニブ,エストロゲン受容体-リガンド複合体の3つの系がそれぞれ異なる特徴的なタンパク質-リガンド間相互作用を持っていることが示され,IFIEを各エネルギー成分に分割して評価できるPIEDAの有用性が示された.

本年度は数理物理学と代数幾何学との結びつきを重要視し,ミラー対称性とそれの周辺に関するシンポジュームを11月11日から11月15日にかけて京都大学にて国際シンポジュームを開催し,多くの最新の知見の交流を行うことに成功した.それ以外にも2班から構成する研究グループは活発に研究を進めており,以下のような成果をあげている.第一班:(中島)アファイン・グラスマン多様体上の構成可能層の性質を抽象化し、ring object として定式化した.特に,幾何学的佐武対応を通じて正規表現に対応する ring object を構成要素として,Moore-立川によって予想されていた新しいシンプレクティック多様体の構成を与えた.(並河)錐的シンプレクティック多様体の中で複素半単純リー環のべき零軌道閉包の特徴付けを行った.(望月)円周と複素直線上の特異モノポールについて,``一般化されたCherkis-Kapustin型(GCK型)''という条件を導入し,そのような特異モノポールと安定パラボリック差分加群との間の小林-Hitchin対応を確立した.(入谷)トーリック軌道体の標準類を保たない双有理変換の下での量子コホモロジーD加群の変化を研究した.(立川)様々な次元の超対称場の理論の数理の研究を続けるとともに,超対称場の理論とトポロジカルな場の理論の関連をしらべることをはじめた.第二班:(森脇)Paris7大学のHuayi Chen氏との共著の本の執筆を中心に研究を進め,非被約なスキームに対する半ノルム付き拡張定理の証明に成功した,(向井)2変数クレモナ群の研究を続け、射影平面内の6直線の分解群や上野・CampanaのCoble曲面の自己同型群を決定した.(吉川)高次元エンリケス多様体の不変量を解析的捩率を用いて構成し、それにより,ヴェイユ・ピーターソン計量のポテンシャル関数が得られた.

タイワンシジミは肝臓に良いとされ台湾で食されているが,その科学的根拠は乏しい.そこで本研究では,ラットにおいてD-ガラクトサミン誘発肝障害およびエタノール急性投与誘発脂肪肝に対するタイワンシジミ抽出物の効果を検討した.D-ガラクトサミン誘発肝障害に対し,タイワンシジミ抽出物は血清AST値およびALT値の上昇を有意に抑制した.また,エタノール急性投与誘発脂肪肝に対し,タイワンシジミ抽出物は肝臓脂質の上昇を抑制する傾向を示した.また肝臓のコレステロールは有意に低下した.更に,エタノールを急性経口投与したラットの血中エタノールの消失速度を有意に速めた.これらの結果から,タイワンシジミ抽出物は肝炎および脂肪肝に対し予防効果を示し,アルコール代謝を促進する可能性が示唆された.

IRIとSIB頻度の関係とSIBの時間分布3. ヒトのSIB研究の意義と今後の展望The intermittent presentation of food to a food deprived animal has been shown to result in the appearance of a class of behaviros collectively referred to as adjunctive behavior or schedule-induced behavior. Within the animal literature behaviors such as polydipsia, aggression, pica, excessive food consumption have been classified as schedule-induced. While schedule-induced behavior investigations have been extended to include the study of human subjects, the procedure and the way of data analysis in human studies have usually differed from those in animal studies. The schedule-induced studies in human are critically reviewed in this paper and following problems are pointed out. (1) Arbitrary definition of the operant behavior and the reinforcer in the human studies. (2) The lack of assessment for schedule performances. (3) The use of inappropriate control procedures to assess the baseline rate of behavior. (4) The relationship between the inter-reinforcement interval and the amount of schedule-induced behavior was not clear.

本研究の目的は,キャリア・コンサルタントが遠隔操作したロボットをピア・カウンセラーに位置付けた上で,ロボットが主導する学習者間のグループ・カウンセリングが成立するのかを探究することにある.研究方法は,自己効力感をたずねる質問紙調査,および大学生の主体的発話の数を測定し,統制群(キャリア・コンサルタント)と実験群(ロボット)とで結果を比較した.両群の大学生の主体的発話内容の分析も行った.この結果,ロボット主導であっても学習者の自己効力感を高めることができることと,またロボット参加により主体的発話が増えることが示唆された.さらに主体的発話のカテゴリ分析の結果,統制群ではほぼ生じなかった3種類の主体的発話が確認され,これらの発話が大学生のアクティブリスニングを促しグループ・カウンセリングに必要な主体的発話を引き出すことが観察された.最後に本結果をもとに今後のロボット開発に資する改善点を考察した.

The machinability of gray cast iron is well-knwn to depend on its graphite morphology and matrix structure. However, machinablility occasionally changes even if graphite morphology or matrix structure has not varied. We have therefore focused attention on seasoning and stress relief annealing known to improve machinability without changing the graphite morphology or matrix structure, and carried out machining tests and a series of ultrasonic transmission speed measurements, tensile test, hardness test and structure evaluation while varying the conditions for seasoning and stress relief annealing. As a result, it was found that seasoning applied specimens subject to seasoning greatly vary in machinability despite small changes in the ultrasonic transmission speed, tensile strength, and hardness. Furthermore correlation between ultrasonic transmission speed and amount of machining tool wear was seen in some parts of the stress-relief-annealed specimens with little changes in the optical microstructure and mechanical properties.

第二次世界大戦終結前後に、わが国では鳥取地震、東南梅地震、三河地震、南海地震、福井地震とたてつづけに大地震が発生している。これらの地震はいずれも大きな被害を生じさせているが、被害の甚大さの割には詳細な調査資料を見出だすことが難しい地震が多い。その理由として、当時が社会的混乱期にあり、種々の視点からの被害調査が行えない状況にあったことや実施された調査も結果を公の報告書として発行することが困難であったことなどが考えられる。これらの地震は、全て1000人前後以上の死者を出しており、いわば古典的地震の最後のグループに属するものである。したがって、人的被害や避難などの人間行動を解明するための貴重な事例といえる。しかし、地震当時から40年以上を経過した現在、被災経験者から直接被害実態を聴取することが年々困難になっており、早急に追跡調査を実施する必要がある。以上の視点に基づき、本研究では1946年南海地震の被害追跡調査を行ない、和歌山県新宮市の延焼火災発生地区における人的被害と人間行動こついて検討を加えた。調査は同市の延焼地域に属する5つの老人クラブの会員を対象として、調査票を用いた面接形式で行った。ただし、調査実施日に調査会場へ来られなかった人には老人クラブ役員に調査票の配布を依頼し、後日郵送してもらう方法をとった。調査票は全部で30の設問から成り、回答者の当時の住宅特性・個人属性と物的・人的被害および地震の最中、直後の行動、地震後の避難行動などを尋ねている。回答総数は65票(回収率54%)であった。得られた結果を要約すればつぎのようである。すなわち、新宮市では出火点が一ヵ所であり、同時多発火災のような混乱が生じなかった。また、火災の拡大がゆるやかであったため、広域避難行動も行ないやすかったと考えられる。調査により得られた死亡原因内訳によれば、延焼地域においても焼死と断定できるものはなく、家屋倒壊による圧死が多かった。死者の属性別の死亡率をみれば、男性では高齢者において高く、女性では全年齢にわたってほぼ等しくやや高い値を示した。

We have been developing the ABINIT-MP program for the fragment molecular orbital (FMO) method. The list of inter-fragment interaction energies (IFIEs) is available from FMO calculations and is useful in analyzing the nature of interactions in a given target system. In this Letter, we summarize the current status of ABINIT-MP and also the machine-learning assisted analyses of IFIE data.

研究ノートNote石橋湛山の日蓮論には、二つの特徴がある。第一の特徴は、現状批判の手段・方法であった点である。第二の特徴は、「危機の時代」における日蓮論が、湛山の愛国心の高まりやそれに伴う揺らぎ、動揺と連関していたことである。この時代状況の下で、彼は愛国心が刺激され、その発露が日蓮論という形で示されたのであった。日蓮論は、湛山の愛国心を考える上で非常に重要な位置を占めると考えられる。TANZAN ISHIBASHI was famous journalist in modern Japan. He was a liberal, democrat and patriot. In his argument for NICHIREN who was renowned Buddhist in middle Japan, there are two features. The first is that it is a method of criticizing political, economical, social situation. The second is that it reflect his patriotism. Under a critical situation, Asia-pacific war and Korean war, he was upset by patriotism. However, he regained his own confidence through the discussion about NICHIREN and overcame the shake. Patriotism is an essential issue in study of ISHIBASHI's political thought. It is important to examine argument about NICHIREN.

In contrast, the educational usages have still been underway. This study assessed the instructions for the Autobiographical Memory Test (AMT) for an analog study. AMT is a representative task that measures autobiographical memory specificity. Many studies have suggested reduced autobiographical memory specificity in clinical depression patients with traditional instructions for AMT (Williams & Broadbent, 1986), which request that a patient precisely recall a particular event and place, but by this instruction, fewer studies have reported the reduced specificity for non-clinical dysphoria. Therefore, this study specified that a “specific episode is better, but in case of difficulty in recall, an ambiguous memory is permissible” (optional instructions) to assess overgeneral memory retrieval in a non-clinical sample. The results indicated that the dysphoric group displayed more reduced autobiographical memory specificity than the control group. Furthermore, rumination significantly negatively correlated with specific memory, but when depression partial out, the correlation was not significant. These findings suggest the effectiveness of optional instructions for AMT in detecting an overgeneral retrieval style, which is due to depressive mood rather than trait rumination, in a non-clinical sample.

本研究の目的は、テレビコマーシャルで用いられている音楽が商品の認知に与える影響について検討することである。そのために、本研究では、実際にテレビコマーシャルで使用された曲を用いて、そこから商品名を想起する実験を行った。実験参加者は大学生22人(ほとんどが音楽専攻生)、使用した曲は22曲、商品は全て同一ジャンルのものとした。実験は集団聴取実験であり、実験参加者は刺激曲を聴取した後、択一式でその音楽が使用されていたと思う商品を選択した。実験の結果、正しく想起されやすい商品と楽曲の属性には関連が見られた。さらに、各実験参加者の正解数は、テレビコマーシャルに対する視聴行動に影響を受けることが示唆された。また、特定の音楽において、イメージの類似した商品間で間違いが多かった。本研究は、広告認知のみならず、音環境によって記憶が想起されるメカニズムを解明する上でも示唆に富むものである。

50歳,女性.2003年9月に全身性エリテマトーデス(systemic lupus erythematosus ; SLE)を発症.抗Sm抗体陽性.右水腎症.プレドニゾロン(prednisolone ; PSL)40 mg/日で治療開始.大腿骨頭壊死(2B),ステロイド精神病合併.2005年5月PSL15 mg/日まで漸減中に尿蛋白再出現でシクロスポリン(CyA)併用開始.1年後,嘔吐を伴う激しい頭痛を繰り返したが画像診断上は異常を認めなかった.2007年2月タクロリムス(TAC)に変更,頭痛は消失したが,同年9月頃より左優位の巧緻性運動障害,振戦,小刻み歩行等を認めた.2009年6月ドーパミントランスポーターのイメージング(DAT)検査にてパーキンソン病(Parkinson's disease ; PD)確定診断.遺伝子解析で孤発性PDと判明.TAC中止によりParkinsonismは一部改善し,薬剤性が示唆された.TAC投与中のSLE患者に振戦を認めた場合,Parkinsonism誘発の可能性があるため減量や中止を考慮すべきである.<br>

The typhoon often causes a serious damage of the apple before harvest. Many apples fall from trees by the strong wind. These apples are bagged to protect them from insects and control sun light for the apples coloring while they are ripening on the tree. We conceive that the wind-force acting on the bagging apple exceeds one without bag. Thus, we investigate the drag coefficient CD of the bagging apple by measuring drag force acting on an apple model experimentally. The shear stress on a stem under the typhoon is estimated for understanding one of mechanism for dropping apple due to the strong wind. The shear stress of a stem whose apple encounters the maximum velocity recorded at the past typhoon is estimated by the obtained CD. The drag force of the bagging apple becomes bigger than that of the apple without the bag. The bagging apple is not a rotational symmetry so that the CD is different with the different wind direction. The angle against the flow of model with the bag is changed from 0 deg. to 90 deg. to understand the influence of shape, since CD depends on the geometry. The shear force acting on the stem depends on the drag. Thus, the shear stress is larger if the drag is larger. The obtained shear stress is compared with allowable shear stress of a real tree. We suggest that there is possibility to decrease damage if we can decrease the drag of the bagging.

In this study, the authors developed and evaluated the virtual classroom system on cyberspace for hospitalized children. In this system, children can study and communicate with children of the outside of the hospital. The authors evaluated this system from the following viewpoints; (1) Psycho-physiological effects on children. (2) Usability of interface. (3) Spatial design of cyberspace. This paper reports the results of the experiment and discusses the validity of cyberspace in terms of education for hospitalized children.
