慢性的なストレスへの暴露は,シナプス伝達といった脳の情報処理機構に様々な影響を与える.特に,前頭前皮質と扁桃体など情動処理に関与する脳領域に対し,ストレスが与える影響やその詳細なメカニズムを理解することは,ストレス関連精神疾患に対する新しい治療標的の探索のために重要である.近年,うつ病などのストレス関連精神疾患の症状を引き起こす責任部位として,前頭葉の腹側領域である眼窩前頭皮質(orbitofrontal cortex:OFC)が注目されている.OFCは扁桃体などの辺縁系領域や,腹側被蓋野など報酬系といった情動に関与する様々な領域に神経投射を送っており,特にOFC外側領域は負の情動処理に重要な機能を持つと推測される.本稿では,OFCの機能とストレス関連疾患への寄与を示すこれまでの知見を記述しつつ,マウスの外側OFCから扁桃体基底外側核(basolateral amygdala:BLA)へ投射するシナプス伝達を光遺伝学的に単離計測し,ストレス負荷が与える影響と負情動行動への寄与を明らかにした,我々の研究について紹介する.

Afterslip, mostly aseismic creep on and on the margins of the seismic source fault, occurs not only after a large subduction megathrust earthquake but also rarely on an onshore surface rupture such as the 1966 and 2004 Parkfield, California, earthquakes on the San Andreas fault. Here we present evidence for afterslip as post-seismic continuous creep along the part of the coseismic surface rupture of the 16 April 2016 Kumamoto earthquake of Mw 7.0 (MJMA 7.3). We describe evident surface afterslip on five sites along the northermost Hinagu fault that experienced 30-65 cm coseismic right-lateral slip. Even though the post-seismic tape measurements are not highly accurate and contains approximately±1-3 cm uncertainty depending on site condition, maximum right-lateral displacement have reached ~20 cm during the first one year after the mainshock. Additionally, up to 5-cm cumulative right-lateral slip of a wall newly built in February 2017 across the coseismic rupture proves that the post-seismic creep has been lasting for at least one year, probably longer than three years. Together with the field survey, we also mapped one-year postseismic ground displacement from analysis of interferometric synthetic aperture radar (InSAR) images. About 2.5 cm contraction across the Hinagu fault from InSAR is a little short but mostly consistent with ~3.5 cm contraction estimated from ~20 cm right-lateral post-seismic slip on the N10°E trending rupture zone. Furthermore, our field observation is also in agreement with the timeseries of horizontal movement of a GNSS station ~2 km southeast of the fault zone. To examine the contribution of local aftershocks to the afterslip, we examined the cumulative moment release of all the aftershocks that reached ~5.1 x 1024 dyne-cm. Assuming a 10 km by 10 km fault plane, one could expect ~16 cm slip that is roughly equivalent to the amount of measured surface afterslip. However, the numerous aftershocks are located probably off the subsurface Hinagu fault so that shallow aseismic creeping would play an essential role for surface afterslip. Although our field measurements, InSAR and aftershock analysis cannot simply judge that the afterslip has been continuously loading to the unruptured sections of the Hinagu fault zone, significant aftershock activity has been still occurring beyond the southern edge of the afterslip zone. The Hinagu afterslip gives us clues not only to understand the postseismic fault behavior but also how to prevent from postseismic damage of fault-crossing structures and better assess the timing of restoration.

[目的]円皮鍼が、陸上競技中・長距離選手の合宿中のトレーニングによって起こる疲労に対して好影響を与えることができるか円皮鍼と装丁を同じにした針先のない円皮鍼(プラセボ)を作成して無作為化二重盲検法により検討した。[対象]大学陸上競技部に所属する中長距離選手で夏合宿に参加し、実験の同意を得た選手を対象とした。第1実験は、円皮鍼群16例とプラセボ群16例に割り付けし無作為化二重盲検法により検討した。第2実験は、円皮鍼群13例と無処置群14例について検討した。なお、円皮鍼(Pyonex:セイリン製)またはプラセボ鍼は、左右の下腿と大腿部の経穴に貼付し合宿期間中は、貼付したままにした。[測定項目](1)疲労の自覚的程度(2)練習状況(3)筋硬度(4)立位体前屈(5)POMS(6)クレアチンキナーゼ値を合宿初日の夕方から8日目の朝まで毎日朝・夕の2回測定した。これらのデータを二元配置の分散分析により統計処理した。また、合宿後に(1)鍼治療効果に関する調査(2)鍼の形状に関する調査を行った。[まとめ]1.自覚的疲労感は、合宿日数が増えるにつれ増強した。円皮鍼群は、無刺激群に比べ疲労感が少なかった。円皮鍼とプラセボ鍼との差はみられなかった。2.練習状態と立位体前屈は、経時的変化の差も治療法の差も見られなかった。3.筋硬度は、測定部位により差がみられた。4.クリアチンキナーゼ値は、合宿前に比べ8日目では高値を示したが、円皮鍼、プラセボ鍼との差はみられなかった。5.合宿後に行った鍼治療効果では、円皮鍼は、プラセボ鍼より効果がみられた。6.鍼の形状に関する調査から二重盲検法が成立していることがわかった。以上のことから、皮内に留置した円皮鍼は、合宿中の自覚的疲労感を軽減させることが示唆された。

National Database( NDB)を用いて算出した標準化レセプト比SCR の在宅医療分をデータとして、在宅医療の推進に関連する要因の検討を行った。その結果、在宅医療(居宅)に関連する要因として、往診(.313)、訪問看護指示(.218)、緊急往診(.219)、在宅療養中患者_ 緊急入院受入(.049)、療養病棟入院基本料(-.078)、訪問薬剤指導の実施(.004)が在宅医療(居宅)のSCR に有意に関連していることが示された。この結果は、在宅医療(居宅)を進めるためには、訪問看護や訪問薬剤指導といった在宅のチーム医療提供体制に加えて、緊急往診や在宅療養中患者_ 緊急入院受入といった後方病院の役割が重要であることを示している。

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate sleep quality and its related factors in dry-mouth patients. Subjects and Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted in 362 patients who visited the Dry Mouth Clinic at Tsurumi University Dental Hospital with the complaint of oral dryness. Sleep quality was assessed using the Japanese version of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI-J), and factors associated with the PSQI-J global score were analyzed by multiple regression. The dependent variable was the PSQI-J global score, while age, gender, resting saliva flow rate (RSFR), stimulated saliva flow rate (SSFR), VAS score of nocturnal dry mouth sensation, the presence or absence of snoring, grinding, clenching, and mouth breathing, and anxiety and depression score in the Hospital Anxiety Depression Scale (HADS) were used as the independent variables. Results: The mean PSQI-J global score was 7.9±3.9, and 232/362 (64.1%) cases were considered to be poor sleepers who showed a score of less than 5.5. The multiple regression analysis showed that anxiety (standardizing coefficient 0.330) and depression score (0.151) in HADS, nocturnal dry-mouth sensation (0.165), and age (0.209) were significantly associated with the PSQI-J global score. Conclusion: Anxiety, depression, and sleep-related xerostomia were found to be factors closely associated with the risk of disturbance of good sleep quality.

本研究では、大学生のシャイネスに対する自己教示訓練(SIT)の有効性を確認し、教示文の組み合わせ方および訓練の回数や長さがSITの効果に及ぼす影響を検討した。シャイネスの認知・行動の両側面の得点が高かった27名を実験参加者とし、認知焦点型教示文のみを用いる(SIT-C)群、認知焦点型教示文と行動焦点型教示文の両方を用いる(SIT-CB)群、統制(NTC)群の3群に振り分けた。3週間のトリートメント期間中、SIT群は計10回のトレーニングを行った。一方、NTC群は特別な訓練は行わなかった。その結果、統制群と比較してSIT-C群とSIT-CB群は特性シャイネスが有意に改善され、その効果は約6か月後のフォローアップ時でも維持されていた。また、特にSIT-C群のほうが総合的な効果は顕著であることが示された。本研究より、SITの効果性を高める要因として、用いる教示文や訓練の回数や長さが示唆された。

This article intends to analyze a formation process of an educational policy with a view to inquire how the politics cope with the educational problems. The object case of this study is the formation process of an educational policy in the ministerial party, namely, the Liberal-Democratic Party (L.D.P.), and the structural-functional aspects of the policy machinery and the Dietman in change of an educational policy were especially investigated by the author. In L.D.P. the expert group in charge of the educational policy has been formed. This special group is composed of the Dietmen, who belong to the Sectional Council for a cultural-educational policy called “Bunkyo Bukai” (B.B.) or the Muestigation Committee of a Cultural-educational system called “Bunkyo Seido Chosakai” (B.S.C.). There two organs perform different functions respectively in the policy formation process, that is to say, B.B. is deal with the urgent problems, for example, the formulation of the budget and the legislation, on the other hand, B.S.C., is to grapple, with basic problems on the educational policy, to research and clarify fundamental lines of the educational policy. M.B.B. the young Dietmen who were graduated from non-government university have taken leadership, on the other side, in B.S.C. the veteran Dietmen from high classed bureaucrat hold an important position. The party organs for the educational policy and the Ministry of Education stand by each other, and there is closely interdependent relation between the expert Dietmen of education and bureaucrats of the Ministry of Education. According to some marks observed in the formation process of an educational process, we can point out the distinguishing tendency of bureaucratization and functional specialization. It seems that this tendency has been promoted by increasing demands about education from various social spheres to politics.

流通チャネル戦略に関する先行研究は,(1)企業成果として売上拡大のような有効性指標を用いてきた,(2)個々のチャネル戦術の組み合わせの効果を検討してこなかった,(3)チャネル構造の影響を看過してきた,という問題点を抱えている。本論は,これらの問題点を解決するために,結果として収益性を設定した上で,6つのチャネル戦術(関係特定的投資,コミュニケーション,パワー,コンフリクト,チャネル統合,および,デュアル・チャネル)の組み合わせの効果を探究する。ファジィ集合QCA(fsQCA)を実行した結果,高収益を生み出す4つのチャネル戦略パターンを同定することに成功した。本論は,個別のチャネル戦術ではなく,それらを組み合わせたチャネル戦略こそが,企業成果を左右するということを示唆することによって,チャネル研究の進展に貢献を成している。

慶應義塾大学 本稿では,2000年以降のマーケティング・サイエンスと消費者行動研究のトレンドを把握すべく,Marketing ScienceとJournal of Consumer Researchに掲載された論文のアブストラクトをテキスト分析し,両分野に重なるトピックと各分野に特定的なトピックを導き出した。 またJournal of Marketing Researchに掲載された論文の引用傾向を検討し,同誌がマーケティング・サイエンスと消費者行動研究の議論に共通の場を提供する重要な鍵である可能性を指摘した。最後に,両分野の知見が有機的に結びつくことで今後の発展が期待される研究テーマを示し,関連する既存研究をレビューした。(マーケティング・サイエンス,消費者行動,研究動向,知覚,認知,社会的ダイナミクス)
