本研究はスポーツ審判員を対象とした心理的ストレスに注目し,審判員のストレッサー並びにストレス反応を明らかにする.そして,審判員のストレスの実態とその効果的対処を理論的,実践的に検討することを通して,審判員を対象としたストレスマネジメントプログラムの開発とその評価を行うことを目的に推進している.具体的には,審判員のストレスに関わる国内外の文献的研究を行い(研究1),面接調査を実施することにより審判員のストレッサー及びコーピングの実態を明らかにする(研究2).次に,審判員のストレッサー並びにコーピングを測定する評価尺度を開発し,その関連性を検討することにより審判員の心理的ストレスモデルを構築する(研究3).最後に,審判員に対するストレスマネジメントプログラムを考案し,その効果を検証する(研究4).2017年度は研究1及び2を実施した.調査対象者の収集においては,複数の競技団体と十分に連携して研究を実施することができた.実施にあたっては,国際審判員の資格を有するテニス審判員5名,ハンドボール審判員3名,サッカー審判員2名を対象として,「審判員のストレッサーとコーピング」について半構造化面接を行った.その結果,審判員のストレッサーとして,ジャッジへの不安,選手や観客からの抗議,時間的負担,金銭的負担,パフォーマンスの評価,対人関係などの内容が報告された.また,報告されたストレッサーに対して,どのようなストレスコーピングを活用しているかを分析した結果,認知的方略,メンタルスキル,ソーシャルサポート,回避などの内容が示された.さらに,サッカーの1級審判員52名を対象にして,メンタルヘルスの調査を行った結果,心理的ストレスや身体的ストレスは低いものの,社会的ストレスがやや高い傾向がみられた.2018年度はこの成果を踏まえ,審判員のストレッサー並びにコーピングを測定する評価尺度を開発する.

本研究の目的は,児童用に,アタッチメント不安とアタッチメント回避を測定可能な尺度(児童版ECR-RS)を作成し,その信頼性と妥当性を確認することであった。調査対象は小学4年生から6年生540名(平均年齢10.5歳,男児260名,女児280名)であった。本研究では,まず,児童版ECR-RSが2因子(アタッチメント不安,アタッチメント回避)から構成されているとみなせるかどうかを検討した。次に,児童版ECR-RSの信頼性については,内的整合性と再検査信頼性(5カ月)を確認した。最後に,妥当性については,児童版ECR-RSと理論的な関連性・無関連性が想定される変数(アタッチメントの安定性,全体的自己価値,情動知能,共感性,生活満足度,対人不安傾向,孤独感,友人関係良好度,運動能力評価)との間で検討を行った。これらの結果は,我々の予測をおおむね支持していた。以上の結果から,児童版ECR-RSは,一定の心理測定的属性(信頼性と妥当性)を備えた尺度であることが示唆された。

都心部の回遊に関わる既往研究は多いが、休憩の観点から回遊性の向上について検討した研究は十分な蓄積があるとは言い難い。そこで本研究では、神戸三ノ宮地域を訪れる来街者を対象にカフェの利用有無に関する分析、都心部カフェの混雑状況分析、カフェ利用者を対象に利用者特性分析を行い、カフェの利用実態を明らかにすることを目的とする。分析の結果、カフェの利用有無については、滞在時間や同行者数などが影響を与えていた。対象地域でみれば、店舗ごとに差はあるものの、同じ大手カフェチェーンであれば混雑率の推移に大差がないが、同じ大手カフェチェーンであっても店舗によって利用目的が異なることがわかった。

本研究では,葛飾北斎作『富嶽三十六景』を対象とし,原型の絵画と構図的変化を加えた絵画の二種類を用いて,構図変化の影響を印象評価と視線移動の観点から数量的な比較分析を試みた.印象評価では,構図型,変化の方法,順序効果の3つの観点から比較分析を行った.視線移動では,絵画を観る時の視線移動総面積を分析し,構図を変化させることで印象評価に差が生まれること.また,印象評価の基準の一つとして視線移動総面積が有意な要因であるという結果を得た.

日本を含めて多くの国で多様化や競争、成果に対するアカウンタビリティを重視するガバナンス改革が行われてきた。また同時に、単なる知識や技能の習得からそれらを活用する力や課題解決力、コミュニケーション能力などの育成に向けた教育の質の転換の必要性に関する議論が展開されてきた。本研究の目的はガバナンス改革と教育の質保証との関係を検討しようとするものであり、成果志向の改革では、広い能力概念に基づく教育において評価がどこまでまたどのように用いられるのかが重要な課題となってきていることなどを示した。

データの構造化は自然言語処理における重要なテーマの1つである.我々はeコマースにおけるデータ構造化の一環として,楽天市場の商品のメーカー名と,知識ベース上の企業との自動マッピングのタスクに取り組んだ.テキスト中で何らかの実体を指示する用語を知識ベースに対応付けるエンティティリンキングにおいて,語の多義性やエンティティの曖昧性,リンクの存在の不確定性等,解決すべき課題は多い.我々は役割の異なるDoc2Vecモデルを多段に重ねて複数の観点からリンキングの正当性を検証する手法を提案する.評価実験において本手法はテキストマッチングによる手法を31.0ポイント上回る83.5%のマッピング精度を達成した.本手法は用語の多義性をはじめとする課題の解決に対して有効である他,辞書や教師データの作成等人手を要する工程を必要とせず,コスト面での優位性が高いことを示した.

Mast cells originate from hematopoietic stem cells and undergo terminal maturation in the extravascular tissues, in which they are ultimately resident. Mast maturation, phenotype, and function are dictated by the local microenvironment, which has a significant influence on the ability of mast cells to recognize and respond to stimuli. Activation of mast cells can lead to the release of three distinct classes of mediators, including preformed mediators stored in secretory granules, newly transcribed cytokines and chemokines, and de novo-synthesized bioactive lipid mediators. It is currently recognized that bioactive lipids such as arachidonic acid metabolites (prostaglandins and leukotrienes) released from mast cells modulate innate and adaptive immune responses both directly and indirectly through communication with other microenvironmental immune cells or stroma cells. Moreover, mast cells express a variety of lipid receptors and, if activated by bioactive lipids such as arachidonic acid, ω3 fatty acids, lysophospholipids, and their metabolites, can alter the release and production of other mediators including histamine, cytokines, and chemokines, and thereby alter homeostatic or pathophysiological responses. This review focuses on newly identified functional aspects of bioactive lipids with regard to their immune regulation and functional outcomes in both homeostasis and allergic disease.

ベトナム人技能実習生の権利擁護に取り組む日本国内の労働組合、弁護士ネットワーク、国際交流協会からの聞き取りを行い、権利擁護施策の最新情報を得た。また、韓国・台湾・オーストラリアにおける外国人労働者受け入れ施策を調査し、最新の動向を得た。ベトナム調査を実施し、帰国した実習生、その家族、支援者らからの聞き取り調査を行い報告書にまとめることができた。

To evaluate a reliability of GPS vertical data we mapped vertical crustal deformation field of Japan using continuous GPS measurements with a nationwide dense network (GEONET) of the Geographical Survey Institute during the period from 1996 to 2003. We confirmed that the GPS vertical deformation field reasonably agrees with those derived from leveling, tidal record and geomorphologic analysis. The conformity with the other data sets suggests a dependability of the GPS vertical results. The GPS data illustrate details of a spatial pattern of the vertical deformation field and manifest their usefulness when applied to constrain tectonic models. A subsidence along the pacific coast of the southeastern Hokkaido propounds a possibility of a downdip extension of a plate coupling reaching to the depth of about 80km. Uplift around Hidaka mountains in the central Hokkaido suggests a present-day mountain building process at least during the interseismic period. An apparent subsidence found in the central mountainous region of the central Honshu island contrasts sharply with the presumed uplift through Quaternary inferred from geomorphologic analyses. Vertical deformations along the Nankai trough in the southwestern Japan can be attributed to an elastic deformation due to a dragging of the subducting Philippine Sea plate. The GPS result confirms a coupling of plates and a resultant strain accumulation in the Tokai region. Those results demonstrate the usefulness of the GPS vertical data and encourage us in further applications in the studies to understand ongoing tectonic processes in Japan.

薬学実務実習終了生を対象としたアンケート調査によれば,大半の学生は実習中に基礎薬学の知識を活用する機会は少なかったと感じていることが報告されている.その要因として,教員が基礎薬学は臨床現場でどのように役に立つかを具体的に説明できていないことが指摘されている.しかし,臨床現場での問題は基礎薬学が問題解決に有用となることもある.そのため,基礎系教員と臨床系教員が連携し基礎薬学の臨床現場での有用性を理解させ,それが可能であることを示すことが必要であると考えた.そこで,実務実習事前学習において有機化学を専門とする基礎系教員と実務家教員が連携した医薬品の配合変化に関する実習を実施し,終了後にアンケートを行った.この結果,受講生の90%以上が基礎薬学の内容が臨床の問題を解決するのに有用であることを意識できた.すなわち,基礎薬学が臨床現場でどのように役に立つかを意識させる実習を提供できたと考えられる.

Antimicrobial resistance in hospitals is increasingly becoming a major problem worldwide, thus appropriate use of antimicrobial agents should be promoted. Since August 2009, our hospital has established a review system for checking prescriptions in all patients receiving antimicrobial injections according to the intervention and feedback of antimicrobial stewardship (AMS) guideline. The antimicrobial use density (AUD), duration of administration, length of hospital stay, and antimicrobial resistance in a year were compared before and after starting the intervention into AMS. Suggestions made by members of the infection control team (ICT) to the prescribers were for the major part the choice and dose elevation of antimicrobials. Most of the proposals (91%) were accepted by the prescribers. Although AUD was not changed after AMS intervention, the proportion of prolonged antimicrobial use (over 2 weeks) was significantly reduced from 5.2% to 4.1% (p=0.007), which led to the saving of costs for antibiotics (4.48 million yen/ year). The incidence of MRSA tended to decrease after AMS intervention (p=0.074). The median length of hospital stay was ultimately shortened by 1.0 day (p=0.0005), which led to an estimated saving of medical costs by 520 million yen/year. We consider that our intervention profoundly affects this cost saving. These findings suggest that the extensive intervention into AMS is effective in reducing the frequency of inappropriate use of antimicrobials, suppressing the occurrence of antimicrobial resistance, and saving medical expenses.

2005(平成17)年6月に改正され, 2006(平成18)年4月より施行された介護保険法では「地域」を重視し,「地域包括ケア」の考え方が基本的な方向性として示されている。こうした「地域包括ケア」システムを実効あるものにするためには,その一端を担うケアマネジャーのケアマネジメント力の能力の向上が大いに寄与するものと考えられる。そこで本稿においては,筆者がスーパーバイザーを担当した支援困難事例に対する事例検討会で取り上げられた事例の分析を通して,主任ケアマネジャーが直面している高齢者ケアマネジメントの現状について考察を行い,今後の具体的な課題に関して検討を行なうことを目的としたものである。その結果,「潜在化しているニーズ」をもつ利用者を中心に,利用者とケアマネジャーが共通のニーズを合意できないままに,「利用者との相互作用」に困難を来しているところにあると考えられた。今後はこうした要因の解決に対して有効となる支援プログラムの構築が求められるとともに,スーパービジョン体制をより展開していくためのスーパーバイザーの育成についても検討していく必要があることが考えられる。

地上波放送の完全デジタル化が終了して5年を超え,テレビ,放送を取り巻く環境は様変わりした。端末のマルチデバイス化,伝送路のブロードバンド化,サービスのプラットフォーム化が進み,インターネット上には放送事業者以外による多種多様な動画配信サービスが乱立してきた。視聴者のテレビ離れの傾向はもはや若者だけのものではなくなっている。総務省では2015年11月に「放送を巡る諸課題に関する検討会」を設け,2016年9月から個々のテーマ別に議論が開始された。本稿ではまず,テレビを取り巻く昨今の変化と放送政策との関係について確認したうえで,4K・8K放送と動画配信(特に同時配信)の2点に絞って課題を論じたい。

Badminton is one of the most popular sports in the world and is famous as the sport having the fastest initial velocity of a batted ball among all ball games. Initial velocity immediately after smashing may reach up to 408 km/h (113 m/s) at maximum. A badminton shuttlecock generates significant aerodynamic drag and it was confirmed that the high deceleration characteristics was related to the slots located at the leg portion of a shuttlecock in the previous study. Turnover refers to the flipping experienced by a shuttlecock when undergoing heading change from nose pointing against the flight path at the moment of impact and a shuttlecock indicates the aerodynamically stable feature for the flip movement just after impact. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of gaps on the aerodynamic stability (turnover stability) of a badminton shuttlecock during the flip phenomenon. In the present study, the flow field around the shuttlecock during impulsive change of an angle of attack (flip movement) was measured by using the smoke flow visualization and the behavior of the shuttlecock during the flip movement was evaluated in comparison with that of the conic model (with no gaps). The turnover stability of a badminton shuttlecock is affected by gaps of the shuttlecock skirt.
